Hot and a Nudist Colony
I t was very hot and I was peeling on my nose.It had sandy beaches but full of nude bathers.The cocktail bars with pools were just as bad.There were many leud onlookers.The offshore island I had visited was better.
I had gone for a walk in the afternoon so had another Asian woman and found the nudist beaches offensive.
Knossos the Egyptian relics were nice.
The BBQ in my self catering compound was nice, not too expensive.
My room was spacious and had a cooker but no grill or oven .I couldn't make any toast for breakfast.The grocer where I had bought my shopping was nearby.
I had tea at a nice seaside cafe.
I had nice greek food Moussaka at a pretty restaurant and another Cuttel fish dish at another restaurant.The food was cheap.
I went to a nice village I wanted to visit nearby.
The swimming pool in my compound was clean and I swam a lap no nude bahers except on the last day ,a director's wife.
Only snag I had to vacate my room at 12 midnight though I had paid extra for a few more hours extra.
I had bought a tiny bell, a grecian vase and a dolphin cotton rug.They weren't expensive.
There was a British couple who gate crashed to get a free ride on the coach to the airport Erkelon, the Capital for my return flight to Heathrow.
Beware of strangers!

Rebecca and her team at Grecian Lux did a fantastic job. They planned every detail for us. I can't imagine going to Greece without using their expertise. Their knowledge and connections made our trip perfect. I highly recommend using them to book your Greece trip!

Great day in western crete!
We had the perfect day with Yiannis. Planning was easy with Rebecca (although the pick up location was changed at the last minute). Once our guide arrived with a comfortable van that fit our family of 6, we had the perfect day. First, the guide was incredible. He engaged all three generations of our family with ease and was so knowledgeable and fun to be around. We enjoyed all the visits on the tour and ate incredibly well. It was the perfect day and we highly recommend booking with Grecian Luxe, a company that clearly has high standards for its guides and guests.
