They don't explain anything, you have to find your someone from the place to explain, they don't give you the accessories or equipment YOU have to find it and return it. They don't warn you that the nearby area is a continuous passage of boats that go fast and almost scold you pq you walk through "their area"....the old kayaks and little availability of 1 passenger...practically a cheap self service..better go with the local boaters....

Los chalecos salvavidas son de autoservicio para que cada persona elija la talla que mejor le acomode, pero nuestro staff de marina está siempre disponible para ayudar con la entrega de kayaks y remos.
Nuestra ubicación es privilegiada y por eso hay tránsito de embarcaciones de otros tours. También contamos con señalizaciones en recepción y muelle sobre zonas protegidas de manglar y estromatolitos.
Los kayaks que ofrecemos son sencillos y dobles, incluidos en el tour. A veces puede haber un poco de espera para el tipo deseado.

À Bacalar, il n’y a pas de plages sur le rivage. Le lagon abrite des formes de vie très spéciales comme les stromatolites et les mangroves, protégées pour que les futures générations puissent continuer à profiter de ce paradis.

Overall a great experience to kayak on the Bacalar lagoon, fully recommend it!
The day rental price is competitive, we paid $600 pesos, but it's not a full day, the rental is limited to 6h from pick up. Life vests are part of the rental price and are mandatory. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the kayak we took had a leak which force me to drain the kayak multiple times along our trip.

Must in Bacalar
We did the tour to see the sunrise in the lagoon with Angelo. We loved it!
It is really worth doing and enjoying the sunrise and quiet scenery.
Angelo was super attentive, 100% recommended!

Uncomfortable but beautiful
Kyaks very uncomfortable and have no back support. Can only last 15 minutes without your back or hips hurting. The lagoon itself was beautiful and worth seing

Great place with your feet in the water
A warm welcome and a very attractive price, the staff on site are top notch, Miguel is super nice.

Personally, it is beautiful to paddle through those unparalleled crystalline blue waters.
It was a very pleasant day, we took a Day pass with Parcero Jackson and he was the one who kindly helped us with the kayaks.

A relaxing day
Everything worked out wonderfully. Booked the kayak for the day and was under no pressure to return it. Afterwards we had delicious cocktails in the beach bar with relaxing music

Excellent experience
Very good to know all the Lagoon and its history. Black cenote, cocalitos, pirate channel and bathe in the lagoon, the tour includes very good drinks and fruits. Our Captain Joseph of 10!!!!
