Hadi is an excellent tour guide, he is very knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions perfectly, and caters to individual requests. The excursion is highly recommended for everyone who would like to take a German-speaking tour through Ephesus.

My guide, Hadi was fabulous! I traveled alone and was a bit concerned about coming by ferry from Samos. However, Mr. Cakmak found me as I was walking to the passport control line and ushered me through. He introduced me to Hadi who immediately took me to an airconditioned van. I was very interested in the history of Ephesus, and Hadi was an expert! He told many wonderful stories that I will not forget that explained the culture that has arisen from so many peoples inhabiting the area. I asked many questions and Hadi answered them all! In addition, I did not want to go to the rug factory. However, Hadi explained that it was an opportunity to learn more about the culture and assured me that there would be no “hard sell.” I chose to go for a visit, and had an enjoyable time learning and admiring the beautiful works of art. I absolutely loved the entire day! In fact, he made me love the country and will be returning to visit other parts this fall. Thank you SO much Hadi!

The day trip to Ephesus was delightful. We had a private tour, guided by Hadi, and he was very kind and knowledgeable about Ephesus and the surrounding area. Our tour included visiting Mary’s final home, St. John’s resting place, and the Ephesus ruins. Hadi was very flexible, giving us free time and leading us at a comfortable pace. After the tour was completed, he offered to bring us to multiple local markets where we learned more about how Turkish rugs are made. We thoroughly enjoyed having Hadi as our guide. I highly recommend taking this tour and experiencing the wonders of Ephesus.
Najar Tek is an excellent guide. He knows Ephesus very well in giving the history of each site. It was a very worthwhile private tour. Ishmat drove us where we needed to go and plans were made so we did not have to wait in lines. It was nice that all admissions were included in the excursion price. Everywhere we wanted to go was included. It was a wonderful day in Ephesus.

Our driver and tour guide, arrived punctually to begin the tour. Our guide, Gulay, was friendly, polite, and considerate throughout the day. While we were aware that lunch was not included, we had planned to find something light near one of the sights. However, we were encouraged to opt for a set lunch priced at €20. Although the meal may have been enjoyable, we would have appreciated more flexibility or alternative suggestions, as this situation felt a bit awkward. The tour itself was enjoyable, but those seeking a deeper understanding of the biblical history of Ephesus may find it somewhat limited in detail.
