We toured with Mike and he was wonderful! Very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Complete professional and provided additional stops as time allowed. He was very aware of ships time frame and we felt confident getting back on time with him as the driver. He completed the trip with a toast and sweet treat that was not expected but was also very nice! Highly recommend this excursion.

Wrong port . Unable to join due to Viator booking agent was not a good help although ship itinerary was given . Very unfortunate and was not refunded ,
We are very sorry that you were unable to join your tour, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. The tour had been booked for pickup at Invergordon. When you did not arrive, we contacted you and discovered that you were at SHETLAND, which is 200 MILES away. Our team and vehicle had been reserved exclusively for your booking and were waiting at the scheduled pickup location. As a result, we were unable to offer a refund, as the tour was ready to operate as booked. We always encourage guests to double-check their cruise port and pickup details before travelling, as Scotland has several cruise ports that can easily be confused. We are genuinely sorry that this misunderstanding prevented you from experiencing the tour, and we wish you had been able to join us. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider travelling with us in the future.

Our cruise off-boarding was delayed. This tour company was able to accommodate the change in start time. Because of the later start time, we were not able to see each it all, but we were able to visit what was important to us. Jym was our guide, and he was amazing! Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t have expected a better experience. I didn’t know what to expect but this was by far the best tour on my entire venture through all of Scotland, Ireland, and England I would never book a excursion from a ship again and would most definitely always use a private Tour experience given the one I had with this

Pretty drive thru countryside. Driver was very versed in history. Didn't love that he used a taxi van to travel in as the windows and headrests made it hard to see out windows. Tour stops wer great.
