Even that I had a ticket and was there on time, they didn't let me in, because above qr code the entry time was 10:45, and I ordered ticket for 11:00

Your tickets provided guaranteed access to the Leaning Tower, and the entry time of 10:45 shown on the ticket was the allocated tower climb time issued by the attraction. We regret any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
Everything worked out easily. With the ticket, you can also use the restrooms as well as the lockers for free.

Time was changed just like that. Price on ticket was lower than I paid

That you have to cover your shoulders if the top is too low-cut, that you have to leave your bag (handbag, backpack) in a locker for the visit to the Tower

We never found the tour guide, directions on meeting point not cleared! We just went in by ourselves!

Reservation was super easy for this fantastic tour! The citizens of Pisa make this a great place to visit. The process is quick and the restrooms are very clean. There are free lockers for your bags and cameras by the ticket office, so be sure to store them before you climb! Well organized, beautifully manicured site! Impressive!

The tower was nice and fascinating with how worn the stairs were inside. 😊 exciting experience. The cathedral was very nice and incredibly nice to see how it was decorated with cuts and fine colors.

Everything very cumbersome The email correspondence, all in English, if you don't know it you understand very little. Payment and receipt of tickets, not simultaneous, for me they arrived days later, even just the day before the visit. I feared the worst. Mandatory to install the app, access to which, every time, I would not call convenient. Tickets for cathedral and tower visit with audio guide to install on the phone. Downloaded the file. A series of audio guides present with the exception of those for the cathedral and the tower itself. I ended up here through the link on a traveler's blog. I only realized later that I could have relied on the official sites. Haste was a poor advisor.
