Nice day out in the Alps. Be aware it is a long day with lots of driving. There is little time in Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken as most of the day is spent at Grindelwald because of the activities available. Lots to see but the distances are not small. Having said that, it was an enjoyable tour.

Guides were great! Views were fantastic. My only complaint was not enough time in the cities we visited, but that’s to be expected when you’re cramming so much into one day.

I was really disappointed with this tour. Early in the day I sent feedback in the hope things would improve, but unfortunately they were fobbed off and didn't improve. The day started poorly. Despite the coach having a toilet, we were told it couldn't be used at all. Not that there was a maintenance issue with it or anything, just didn't want us using it at all. We were also told no drinks or snacks were allowed on board, which made for a long and uncomfortable day, especially when you want to get on early in the morning with a coffee. We had to change seats throughout the trip, meaning you couldn't leave your belongings where you were sitting, which resulted in some issues with a number of people on the tour. To make matters worse, we departed around 30 minutes late and returned earlier, which reduced the time we had at the attractions we had actually paid to visit. I was hopeful these issues were just a rough start, but the overall experience never really improved. The organisation and customer experience were well below what I've experienced on other day tours. There are plenty of tour operators available, and based on my experience I would recommend looking at other options before booking this one.

A great tour of the Alps, Bruno was both informative and entertaining. I thought the durations for each location were ideal -there isn’t an awful lot to see in Lauterbrunnen and you will be tired by that point, so an hour was enough. By the way, there are a few free water refill points in Grindelwald, one is by the museum.

Reuafe and Fabrice were great tour guides. They both kept us informed on the activities of the day and immediately told us of any changes. They made sure we got back to the meet point safe, and also counted each person on the bus to ensure we were all there. I kept seeing Switzerland 🇨🇭 on Facebook so I booked my flight and tours and I’m glad I did. Switzerland is a moment to remember. It’s nothing like on social media. It’s so breathtaking in person. If Switzerland is not on your travel list, it should be. I recommend this tour and I do recommend taking this tour with Reuafe and Fabrice.

We had such a wonderful time on this tour. Olga was such a wonderful guide and so knowledgeable. My 13 year old grandson and I had such a great time.

At Grindelwald, if you are planning to do the zip line, first flight or trikes, do them early! The line gets very long! Also recommend eating NOT at the top because the line is long and takes a lot of your time. Eat at a different level or bring your own snacks so you can enjoy the other activities!

The day was amazing! Our guides Karen and Robert were fabulous! Our bus driver, Idavere was the BEST driver ever. Would recommend this experience 100%!
