Loved the Lauterbrunnen stop, Grindelwald was amazing, but frankly Interlaken was no biggy. Our guides explained all very well and we had ample time in each stop

Did not like to have to pay more for part of the journey. Include it or don’t do it! It is not clear on the description that there are extra fees

Absolutely beautiful. The lakes and the Alps were breath taking. We went to the First area where we did the cliff walk. The views were amazing and we got up close with the local cows, who were on their summer vacation (the guide will explain this comment). Our guide, Rob, was very informative and concise with instructions/meeting times/locations.

The stops on this tour are incredible and worth seeing. The tour itself did not add much to seeing the stops. There was not a ton of information provided about Swiss culture, history, etc., jut a few random facts here and there. The guide spoke in two languages, so a lot of time was spent repeating the same information. It is not made clear in the tour description that 1) You need to pay an additional 70 CHF per person to go to the top of First mountain in Grindelwald (there is a lot of time in Grindelwald so going up is the main attraction), and 2) that you will be picking up AND dropping off other tour members in Interlaken and Lucerne to/from Zurich. This added a lot of bus time to the trip that was not disclosed, especially since it's advertised as a trip from Zurich. Overall, this experience was OK, but if there was another way to see the same sights, I probably would have picked that. You also do not stop at any lakes, which I would have preferred.

Tour was very fun and was a full 12.5hr day given a little traffic on the way back. We got lucky the weather was nice and clear too. It's been my fourth trip to Zurich for work but never really gotten out of the city so was an efficient way to really experience Switzerland and see a bit of the alps! I booked the night before and was easy to just show up and be whisked away. Was a great way to get over my jetlag too. I arrived in Zurich only the day before an 11hr flight from the United States and was relaxing on the bus, and then slept a full night after. Meet-up was at the bus station at 7:45am, and we left about 8:09am given one person was late (and then came running up to the bus as we were finally about to exit the parking lot). Was about another hour after driving to Lucerne and picking up a few more people there. The drive was beautiful - lots to see from lakes, nice green valleys and mountains, beautiful Swiss chalets. Nilsen did a great job as a guide switching back from English to Spanish, speaking clearly, and was very friendly and energetic through the entire day. Matthew was also great, helping manage other logistics like our gondola tickets up to First Mountain and helping answer questions and lead groups through each stop. The focus of the day is really Grindelwald in the alps and getting to see the mountain. Our first stop was about an hour in Lauterbrunnen where there's a chance to use the restroom, walk through the village to see the waterfall, then back on the bus to Grindelwald. You walk from the bus parking through town to the gondola and go up the few stops, look at the scenery, do the walk around the mountain, had a nice fondue lunch at the top, then worked our way back down. That was a good 3 hours. At the bottom we got ice cream then happened to be the town's annual Farmer's Day celebration so got to hear some local music, see folks in cultural dress and try some local cheese. All in all, about 3.5 hours in Grindelwald. The last stop at Interlaken wasn't very charming, but there was another market, and the hang gilders were fun to watch from the rooftop bar. Also had a good view of the lake up there before taking a quick look at the river on the way back to the bus. About 60-90 min in Interlaken depending on how the day is pacing. Got back around 20:30 (8:30pm) to Zurich and other than a little traffic was a smooth ride back. Other passengers were all friendly and the day was pleasant, beautiful and well paced. Thought the value was good and happy I got to see parts of Switzerland I'd never seen before and would have been too hard to manage on my own given the limited time and having just landed. Only bad experience is one of my fellow solo travelers asked to borrow a power bank to charger her phone before we left Interlaken. The driver, Jimmy, offered but then asked for her number and ended up harassing her a bit for the final hours of the trip and even after we got off the bus. She had politely tried to ask him to stop contacting her but ended up having to block him which was frankly creepy and unprofessional for asking for her number in the first place.

I consider the tour a partial success. The drive was scenic and enjoyable until later in the afternoon the heat taxes the AC to its limit. Lauterbrunnen was interesting but there was only enough time to walk the main street and depart. Sadly, the expected waterfalls were not available due to lack of rain. While I Interlaken was interesting I felt it was not worth the time or money required to see it. Grindelwald was definitely worth the visit but sadly it needs a full day to even attempt it's many activities. The cable car to First View was worth the cost but left no time to attempt the Eiger Express. We found a great Italian restaurant, Da Salvi, that was excellent. Recommend changing the tour to a full day excursion to Grindelwald with perhaps a couple of lakeside stops for photos.

This excursion was very nice for a full day. Beautiful scenery, town at Grindewald. Exceptional lake with turquoise water in Interlaken. Because of the heatway and summer, we only saw 1 waterfalls of 70(s). Our tour guide was Gonzalo, 5 star for him and the company.

The worst part of the trip was seeing a cockroach in the bus. The guide lady totally ignored me asking to check the situation, so we had to deal with it ourselves. Overall the bus is old and has no toilet inside (this part we were aware of reading the previous comments here), no usb or any other phone charging options. Water at an extra charge. Bot taking into consideration this unpleasant experience, the trip destination itself is breathtaking, so highly recommended but with any other tour company.

Nice day out in the Alps. Be aware it is a long day with lots of driving. There is little time in Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken as most of the day is spent at Grindelwald because of the activities available. Lots to see but the distances are not small. Having said that, it was an enjoyable tour.
