Upon reviewing the booking, we confirmed that the Leaning Tower of Pisa tickets were duly issued and shared with you in advance for the booked time slot. The Leaning Tower follows a strict timed-entry policy, as only a limited number of visitors are permitted during each time slot due to capacity, safety, and security requirements. Therefore, once the tickets are issued, changes to the booked time are unfortunately not possible. Our team had also informed you that the Cathedral has flexible access and could be visited at any time during its operating hours. However, the Tower reservation remains subject to the attraction’s fixed time-slot policy & you can request at the entrance to the staff if they allow you can access. Unfortunately, travel delays and the attraction’s time-slot restrictions are both beyond our control, and we are required to follow the attraction’s ticketing policy.

Along with the tickets, our team also advised you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time to ensure a smooth experience. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and access to the tower is strictly regulated. Only a limited number of visitors are permitted to climb during each time slot for safety and preservation reasons. As per the attraction's policy, late arrivals may be denied entry, and unfortunately this decision is made solely by the tower authorities and is beyond our control. Based on our records, you arrived after your scheduled entry time, which is why the attraction was unable to grant access. We understand how disappointing this must have been, but in this case we fulfilled our booking obligations by providing the valid tickets and the required arrival instructions in advance.
