We did not get a boat ride as advertised. Disappointing. Had to rush through chocolate shop instead.
Nice overall experience of Zurich, Lake Zurich, and a cable car viewpoint outskirts of Zurich. The tour lists a walking portion through the Old Town of Zurich, but honestly if was very brief. If you want a more intimate view of the Old Town, look for a different tour dedicated to Old Town.
It was an interesting tour. Fast paced walking at times. Great for an early start of a trip in Zurich - giving highlights and a good overview of the city.
The tour around the surrounding area from Zurich were the highlights. Our tour guide was wonderful and she had great enthusiasm for her job and the area!
It was a very informative tour although we could not cross the lake as the water was too low and the bus could not go on the ferry. We had to drive extra to get to the gondola.

Nice overview with ferry across lake, gondola ride, bus, & walking tour. Gives a bigger perspective. View with food & drink at top of gondola after a little hike refreshing. Note it was Spanish & English - so info repeated twice. Try to book an all english (or spanish) tour. location to meet was not completely clear. Check was at yellow & green info & booking window in large toutist bus parking lot. Worth the money.
It was informative and a beautiful experience. The guide was helpful and his insight on Zurich was wonderful.
Enjoyed our tour bus, gondola and ferry ride for an overview of Zurich! It was helpful to get out of the packed city for a bigger perspective. Loved the stop for a Swiss bite to eat or drink at the top of the ferry overlooking Zurich! One note, half our bus spoke Spanish so our guide was constantly speaking the same rhetoric in first in English then Spanish with no break which made it difficult to listen the entire 4.5 hrs. Made us wonder what city wonders we missed with the time divided between groups. We would have been happy to pay more with an English only group. Recommend indicating our tour will be split between two groups. She tried very hard to cater to both but that’s just not possible. Driver was great at navigating narrow roads!
