まず、私たちはChuoi nep nuong Vo Van Tanから始めます。3区は市内で最もユニークな地区の1つに位置し、この屋台は小さな街角を占めており、地元の家族が40年以上にわたって「Chuoi Nep Nuong」または「もち米で焼いたバナナ」と呼ばれるベトナムとカンボジアの混合料理を作り続けています。次に、3区の中心部に歩いて行き、グエンティエントゥアットアパートビルエリアという名前の古いアパートを探索します。ここには、あなたの胃袋を誘惑する数十の有名なベトナムの屋台料理の本拠地です。ここでは、牛肉のスライス、豚肉のソーセージ、鮮やかな玉ねぎ、スパイシーなコリアンダーを組み合わせた濃厚なスープを作るのに約8〜10時間かかるユニークなレシピのオリジナルのブンボーフエを楽しめます。この食事スポットは、フエ（ベトナム中部）出身で 25 年以上の経験を持つ地元の人が経営しています。その後、バーベキュー シーフードの屋台で知られる通りを散策し、地元の人に人気のレストランで「Bò Lá Lốt」（野生のビンロウの葉に包まれた牛肉）を味わってください。
屋台の食べ物の楽園がここにあります。目の前で「バインセオ」と「バインコ」が作られるのを見ることができます。ベトナム西部のメコンデルタ発祥の「バインセオ」は、熱いフライパンで調理するときに出るジュージューという音にちなんで名付けられました。その後は、散歩しながら、レモングラスで包んだバーベキューグリルの豚肉、ボーヌオンサを試してみましょう。次に、伝統的な（地元のオーナー）ベトナムのバインミーサンドイッチを試してから、さわやかなサトウキビドリンクをお楽しみください。次のグルメアドベンチャーは、クメール市場（隣はホーティキ）を訪れ、地元の人のように座り、ベトナムのピザ（学生のお気に入り）をむしゃむしゃ食べたり、カリカリに食べたり、すすったりします。リラックスして、サイゴンビール（またはジャスミンティー）を飲み、学生ガイドが地元の生活を語るのを聞いてください。

Our guides Vince and Joy were such awesome tour guides!! They picked us up from our Airbnb and reassured that we were in good hands and they weren’t kidding! They knew how to navigate the chaotic roads safely and never once did me or my partner feel scared. They were very funny, polite, and knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam and food. They also were very accommodation to our food restrictions. It felt more like we were hanging out with two of our friends since they were so warm and welcoming. We couldn’t thank them enough for showing us around HCM and being able to see the city from locals point of view and eating unique food that we would’ve missed without this tour. We are a family of 6 traveling from Australia (4 teenagers) Very friendly and organized guides that met us, made us feel comfortable from the outset. It was a very authentic experience in the locations, places we would never have found ourselves. This was the real Saigon and not just a tourist attraction. The food and drinks were a great variety, fresh and tasty and the whole family absolutely loved it! Traveling Saigon by scooter enhanced the experience! Five stars, would highly recommend.
Yudan and his team of guides were amazing. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in District 1. It was such a fun and unique experience. We went to places we probably would not have found on our own and tried amazing food. It was also my husband and our friend's birthday and they made it so special. Highly recommend.

Just got home from a great night with Virgil and his team, all students and it was fantastic. Lots of info about what we were eating and general knowledge about Vietnam. The food was all delicious and tasty and we were all so full by the end of the night, we also got to see the huge beautiful amazing flower markets and enjoyed a couple of stops for more delicacy’s here. The tour guides were so friendly and personable and so much fun. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone. 5 stars all the way

It was by far one of the best discoveries in Ho Chi Minh; May and Flora shared the city's culinary culture with us and told us many stories. I highly recommend you try the banana fritters and sticky rice with coconut cream. It was delicious. Thanks for this moment!!
