屋台の食べ物の楽園がここにあります。目の前で「バインセオ」と「バインコ」が作られるのを見ることができます。ベトナム西部のメコンデルタ発祥の「バインセオ」は、熱いフライパンで調理するときに出るジュージューという音にちなんで名付けられました。その後は、散歩しながら、レモングラスで包んだバーベキューグリルの豚肉、ボーヌオンサを試してみましょう。次に、伝統的な（地元のオーナー）ベトナムのバインミーサンドイッチを試してから、さわやかなサトウキビドリンクをお楽しみください。次のグルメアドベンチャーは、クメール市場（隣はホーティキ）を訪れ、地元の人のように座り、ベトナムのピザ（学生のお気に入り）をむしゃむしゃ食べたり、カリカリに食べたり、すすったりします。リラックスして、サイゴンビール（またはジャスミンティー）を飲み、学生ガイドが地元の生活を語るのを聞いてください。

Seamless communication with transport/pick up. Super fun ride around town and great guides who were genuine in their interactions. The food was great but it the experience on the whole that was excellent. Awesome way to see the city.
Ryan and co were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Last minute dietary requirements were handled without breaking a sweat. We only had one night in Ho Chi Minh and wanted to taste all the classics. Great value. Great fun.
We booked this motorbike food tour during our honeymoon, and it was one of the best nights of our trip. Riding through the Saigon traffic on the back of the bikes was so much fun, and we felt safe the entire time. Kay and Ryan were fantastic drivers and just genuinely great people to hang out with. They took us to some amazing local spots that we never would have found on our own, and every single dish was incredible. What a great time! This exceeded my expectations. We did as a family with my 18 yr old daughter and she is still talking about it. The team was kind, friendly and professional.
