Enjoyed the bus tour. Much better when I got back on and there was a live woman on a mic doing the tour . Wish I knew her name she was wonderful! Lots of interesting facts about the city. Only got off at cathedral which is a must see there. Only negative is waited a long time for bus to pick me up from there. Live bus tracking doesn’t work. Waited 30 mins at stop for bus to arrive. Great way to get a feel for the city.
What a great experience and Dave the tour guide was brilliant, funny and in tune! We did find getting to the stop a bit challenging and some clearer from the south of George Square would be useful (particularly with it all being redeveloped). Fantastic experience and I felt i now where to visit in the city when I come back.
Excellent experience. We had a live guide giving information along the route and enjoyed it immensely. This was an awesome combination of transportation to key points of interest and learning a bit of what makes Glasgow the place that it is. Strong value for me as a first/time visitor. Did same thing when we visited Edinburgh.
Great tour, got to see lots of the city with a lovely guide. We weren’t in Glasgow for long so it gave us a great chance to see the sights and then we actually went back to a couple of the places for a more detailed look the next day. Loved it xx
Had a tour with my parents with Craig as the guide and Ross as the driver. It was awesome! Craig is truly knowlegable and great at dad jokes so made the tour enjoyable!

We were at the bus stop outside stop 14 in the pouring rain and the bus sped by without stopping. So after ten minutes we gave up and hired a cab to take us back into the city. I had specifically asked where we were to stand to get picked up. So we were at the right place and at the right time. Worst experience ever!!!
We went all over the city. Rebought tickets to extend service. Each live tour guide had their own take of the city, which made it very interesting.

Great for getting an overview of Glasgow and “hopping” on and off as many or few times as you want. We like to walk so didn’t use a car and this took us places we wanted to see.

Very informative..Frequent busses and courteous staff Pricing was fair and the tour covered a nice area.
Dear Margaret, Thank you very much for your lovely review of the City Sightseeing Glasgow Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour! We are delighted to hear that you found the tour very informative, with frequent buses, courteous staff, fair pricing and good coverage of the city. Thank you for highlighting all these points! Thank you also for your note in the title "Beware Some busses don't have live tour guides" We appreciate you pointing this out to help future guests. You are absolutely right, and we would like to clarify this: on our Glasgow route we operate a mix of buses. Some of our tours include a fantastic live English-speaking guide on board who brings the city to life, while on other buses we offer informative multilingual audio commentary in 8 languages, so all our guests can enjoy the tour in their own language. Both options cover the same route and the same fascinating stories about Glasgow, but we understand the experience feels a little different. We will work on making this distinction even clearer in our tour information. Thank you again for choosing City Sightseeing Glasgow and for your kind recommendation. We hope to welcome you back on board very soon! Kind regards, Team City Sightseeing Glasgow Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour
