市内観光浴場乗り降り自由バスツアー

Dear Allison, thank you so much for your review and for choosing City Sightseeing Bath to get your bearings in our beautiful city. We are very pleased to hear that the tour helped you plan your stay by giving you a view of the places you wanted to visit in more detail, and that you found the history storytelling very interesting with our free earphones. Thank you also for your valuable feedback regarding travelling with your wheelchair-bound family member. We are glad to hear you found the disabled space ample, but we are very sorry to hear that only one of our drivers, on 1 out of 3 journeys, offered to put the ramp out for you. This is not the level of proactive assistance we train our team to provide, and we have shared your comments with our local operations team in Bath to ensure all drivers are reminded to offer assistance at every boarding. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve our accessibility service for all guests. We hope you and your family had a wonderful stay in Bath and we hope to welcome you back on board again soon. Team City Sightseeing Bath Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Dear Nancy, We are sorry to hear about your experience with the City Sightseeing Bath Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour and the long wait you experienced in the rain. We would also like to apologise for the delay in responding to your feedback. We have recently taken over the management of the service and are reviewing previous customer experiences carefully. We will share the circumstances you describe with our Bath operations team for review. If you would like us to investigate your experience further, please contact us through our official form at https://city-sightseeing.com/es/contacto, including the date, approximate time and stop where you were waiting. Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your experience with the City Sightseeing Bath Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour. We would also like to apologise for not responding to your review sooner. We have recently taken over the management of the service and are making sure previous customer feedback receives the attention it deserves. We are pleased that, despite the rainy weather, the bus tour helped you get out and explore Bath. It is particularly nice to hear that our driver took the initiative to improve visibility by wiping the windows and opening the transom windows.
