Our tour with UST was the highlight of our trip to Kenya. Stephen, our guide, picked us up early with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome. At Nairobi National Park, we were amazed to see lions, rhinos, giraffes, and zebras with the city skyline in the background. The Elephant Orphanage was deeply touching. Watching the rescued baby elephants being fed and hearing their stories moved us to tears. At the Giraffe Centre, feeding the gentle giants was pure joy. Stephen was knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout. They created a day full of wonder, emotion, and unforgettable memories.

We booked this tour and it blew us away. Stephen was fantastic with our children, keeping them entertained and informed all day. Seeing rhinos and giraffes in the wild was thrilling. The Elephant Orphanage was our favorite stop. The children were fascinated by the playful baby elephants and learned about conservation. I had such a fantastic day with Douglas! He was informative throughout the entire experience and even helped take photos of each of us with the giraffes. He was thoughtful and attentive, allowing us to enjoy the tour at our own pace. The tour is excellent value and highly recommended, especially if you have limited time in Nairobi it’s the perfect way to get a safari experience and still have time to rest or explore the city afterward. I was picked up at 5 a.m., and Douglas thoughtfully arranged for another car to take me home later at no extra cost, knowing I would be tired as the last stop. The Nairobi National Park, Elephant Orphanage, and Giraffe Center tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Excellent trip from start to finish. Douglas was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and exceptional at spotting them, giving us incredible close-up views of lions, giraffes, impalas, and zebras. When we needed to adjust our itinerary, George was very accommodating and ensured everything ran smoothly. We were picked up by our driver, Douglas, who took us to Nairobi National Park. We saw lions, zebras, rhinos, giraffes, and many other animals. Afterward, we visited the elephant sanctuary and giraffe center which were amazing too. Douglas was very professional punctual and made sure we had the best possible wildlife sightings throughout the day

This was an excellent tour. First and foremost, a big thank you to our guide, Johnson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the park, the wildlife, and Kenyan culture, sharing lots of information and patiently answering all our questions. We were lucky to see many animals, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, and hippos. A note for first-time visitors: wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, as it’s nature, sometimes you might see fewer animals, and that’s not the guide’s fault. If you book this tour, I highly recommend experiencing the full itinerary, including the elephant orphanage and giraffe center it’s absolutely worth it! One tip: if you’re from an African country, bring your passport for a discount on the park fee. I wasn’t aware and had to pay full price. Overall, a highly recommended experience!
