It could have been better
We didn't go to the beach, the fruit market, or Yatagala Buddhist Temple. I don't even know my guide's name because he didn't tell me. There was no prepared verbal presentation about the history or background of the country; I only received a small amount of general information because I asked him to tell me the history of the country. He was very vague. Otherwise, he didn't get out with me at any of the stops and the only time he really spoke to me was to show me things as we drove around Galle Fort. I definitely would have loved a thorough history lesson on the country and their culture; I'm really disappointed about that. I liked the places we went, just disappointed that things were left out and I didn't realize it until I got home and checked the itinerary. I said I didn't want to do shopping, true, but I meant for souvenirs and junk. I would have liked to see the local market.

Regarding shopping, I understand now that while you wished to avoid souvenir shops, you were interested in visiting a local market. I regret the misunderstanding and appreciate you clarifying this point.

Galle City and Fort
We had a specific itinerary in mind (historical and cultural sites, and gems). The itinerary was curated brilliantly with sufficient time at all points of interest without being rushed or overfilled. Comfortable transport and a fun and engaging tour really made the end of our holiday. Istuti, Mahesh and Suman!

A Wonderful Experience Exploring Galle City!
I really enjoyed the Galle City Tour and Shopping. The old town is full of history, culture, and charm. Walking along the Galle Fort walls gave beautiful views of the ocean, and the colonial architecture made me feel like I had stepped back in time.
There were plenty of unique shops with handicrafts, jewelry, spices, and souvenirs — perfect for finding something special to take home. I also loved the small cafés and restaurants inside the fort, where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the history of the fort and showing us the best places to visit. Overall, it was both relaxing and educational. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sri Lanka — it’s a must-do experience in Galle!

The trip yo do if you don't want to see Galle
Trip was not as advertised. Hardly saw galle. Just the inside of multiple shops. Plus extra charges not advertised

Nice trip
Very nice and patient driver. We could spend as much time as we wanted in the individual places. For Danish tourists, it feels a little overwhelming that you do not know that a tip or payment is expected. This should be disclosed

What a lovely day!
The driver was brilliant! Took me everywhere and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Would use them again next time for sure! They even arranged a driver to take me to the airport when asked. Such lovely people.

Fun tour, great service
This tour was very nice and fun. The agency was easy to work with and our guide Thilanka was great. He was very nice and helped take photos as well as provide insight on the sites.
Most of the sites require additional fees to partake in an activity but the costs are very high. If you do some research beforehand you can help to advise on what sites you’d prefer to see first or are a must for you.
I would use this service again when I return to Sri Lanka.
