The bus was on time for pick up. The driver was very nice and the 2 people who welcomed us were really friendly.

It was small size outlet than I thought and discount % is not so high. Then you consider travel expense and time you spend it is not worth it.

To be fair, we missed our bus because we were late. However to fellow travelers who is considering this tour: - The meeting point is far from the central Paris. We were late because of the Paris traffic and the distance to get to there. More than half hour just to get to the meeting point and guess what, it takes less than half hour from there to the village. I can uber myself there if I knew I shouldn’t trust the service

I felt very comfortable shopping with guaranteed to return to Paris. Yes, it’s cheaper than charter your own vehicle! Being coach bus was about 1hr between meeting (dropping off) point and the outlet. I chosen half day. Visited specific stores to looked for specific items so I still had a lunch there. I recommend this tour for people plans something to buy @ fancy brands like me or thinking a lot of things to purchase there.

I booked this full day .. LUXURY !! trip as the title stipulates … it was everything but luxury .. the coach was dirty and very old , torn seats tape up .. dirty interior , broken arm rests … and the air condition / heating not working properly( I have taken pictures it was so dirty ) .. also the coach driver was indifferent almost rude … beware that it leaves exactly 6:45 so don’t be late .. not a good choice .. the outlet itself was great …

had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping at the luxury outlet! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the wide variety of high-end brands offered at incredible prices. Gucci, Burberry, Prada, Furla were my first stops. For anyone looking for luxury at a great value, this outlet is a must-visit!

Lovely coach nice and clean easy pick up we picked the whole day at the outlets whcih at first we thought was to long but we was able to take our time hit every single store and there was even a mall at the end we walked through we thought that the bus would be hard to find because my gps had pointed us a different direction but the name and picture of the hotel was easy when we walked to double check if this was the meeting spot a lady was at the front door at a desk waiting to check us in so easy
