First I need to Thank the concierge service at the outlet specially Ms Shehrazad vety helpful.
We took the shuttle bus from Hotel Pullman Bercy scheduled 9 AM , it was a great experience from start to end. Clean shuttle bus and driver.
For return you can choose between 14:45 or 18:45 Hrs. 14:45 Hrs is not enough at all to go around specially that outside the shopping outlet there is a huge commercial center including primark, Nike, addidas, Bertha & uni clo etc... but all shops in normal prices .
The only disadvantages is the queue for the branded shops and some security are rude .
It is a nice experience to try and highly recommend .

It’s worth a visit
The place is about an hour away from the Champs-Élysées. We took the train A , it is direct, and the ticket costs €2.50 (the regular public transport fare). There is a huge shopping mall between the station and the outlet, so you can shop there on your way back. The outlet has a lot of stores. We went twice within one week, and both times we ended up buying something. The prices are reasonable, and sometimes there are additional discounts.
The only thing is that you need to carry your passport with you if you need a tax refund, as most stores do not accept a photo of your passport.

A treasure hunt in Paris
Martin at Christian Louboutin :I had an outstanding experience thanks to one of the sales associates at the designer outlet. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive without being pushy, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. His knowledge of the products, sizing, and current collections was impressive, and they offered thoughtful suggestions that matched my style perfectly.
What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude—he made the entire shopping experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Even during a busy time, he remained patient, friendly, and focused on providing excellent service. I especially appreciated that despite my very casual appearance, I was treated with the same level of respect and attention as any other customer.
It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a welcoming and inclusive approach. Thanks to his help, I left feeling confident in my purchase and very satisfied overall. I would definitely return to this outlet because of the exceptional service I received.

The bus was on time for...
The bus was on time for pick up. The driver was very nice and the 2 people who welcomed us were really friendly.

My experience was so so
It was small size outlet than I thought and discount % is not so high. Then you consider travel expense and time you spend it is not worth it.

Not worthy
To be fair, we missed our bus because we were late. However to fellow travelers who is considering this tour:
- The meeting point is far from the central Paris. We were late because of the Paris traffic and the distance to get to there. More than half hour just to get to the meeting point and guess what, it takes less than half hour from there to the village. I can uber myself there if I knew I shouldn’t trust the service

I felt very comfortable...
I felt very comfortable shopping with guaranteed to return to Paris. Yes, it’s cheaper than charter your own vehicle!
Being coach bus was about 1hr between meeting (dropping off) point and the outlet.
I chosen half day. Visited specific stores to looked for specific items so I still had a lunch there.
I recommend this tour for people plans something to buy @ fancy brands like me or thinking a lot of things to purchase there.

A non luxury trip !!
I booked this full day .. LUXURY !! trip as the title stipulates … it was everything but luxury .. the coach was dirty and very old , torn seats tape up .. dirty interior , broken arm rests … and the air condition / heating not working properly( I have taken pictures it was so dirty ) .. also the coach driver was indifferent almost rude … beware that it leaves exactly 6:45 so don’t be late .. not a good choice .. the outlet itself was great …
