We understand that this may not have been clear enough at the time of booking, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. As for the animals you encountered, a safari takes place in a natural environment, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the number or specific species of animals that guests will see. Wildlife moves freely and sightings, particularly of lions, depend entirely on nature and their location on the day. Our guides do their best to locate wildlife and provide the best possible experience, but we cannot control animal movements. We’re pleased that you were able to see rhinos, zebras, impalas, gazelles, hyenas, giraffes, and monkeys, although we understand you were hoping for more lion sightings. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure that our guests have clear information about all applicable fees and realistic expectations about the nature of a wildlife safari.
