We had a fantastic day thanks to Killarney Bike Rental. Paddy runs the place and couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. He took the time to find out what kind of ride we wanted, then marked up the best routes on a map for us, including photo spots and quieter trails we'd never have found ourselves. You can tell he has real pride in the business and knows the area inside out. The bikes were excellent: well maintained, comfortable and in great condition, with no faff at all. Everything was easy from booking to collection, and it's right on Muckross Road opposite the National Park, so you're on the trails within minutes. And the cycling! Muckross House and Gardens, Torc Waterfall, Muckross Abbey and the lakes were all stunning, mostly on flat, traffic-free paths that suit any ability. It was easily the highlight of our trip to Kerry. Highly recommended. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

4 family members, 2 seniors and 2 youngsters(30). Did not reserve in advance but they had plenty of bikes to rent. We rented the manual bikes and had no problem traversing the park. We spent about 4 hours exploring and hiking and eating at the wonderful cafe at the Muckross house. Few hills but we stayed on the kid friendly paths and had no problems. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the bikes were very nice. I would highly recommend this business! Very close to park, on bile

A great way to move around Killarney National Park. We opted for ebikes. They were modern, super comfortable and easy to operate. Friendly and helpful staff who gave thorough instructions before we set off. Highly recommend

It was very easy to get bikes. They gave us a map and talked to us about the route we should take. The bikes were in good condition and was a very good idea. We would not have been able to see everything if we were just walking, and the roads were perfect to use the bike. I highly recommend renting a bike if you are doing the Muckross Abbey, Muckross House, and Torc Waterfall route. The bike place was perfectly located for the rental and was not too far from the first destination.

Phenomenal experience - all the guys working there were so helpful, fun, informative and highly entertaining ! The bikes were fabulous and so easy to operate. And the route was very pleasant and enjoyable ! Highly recommend renting here and doing this activity if you’re visiting the area!

Service was quick and the staff were friendly and engaging, making the whole process easy. Being so close to Killarney National Park was a huge plus, especially riding with kids. Easy to reach the sights without a long trek beforehand. Would definitely recommend for families looking to explore the park by bike.

Save yourself and book directly through their website! Booking.com was more expensive and had limitations booking direct did not have. I was glad I looked first. Fantastic staff, orientation and pickup/drop off experience. The route they recommend helps you see all the major sites. The trails are easy and paved. The people who checked us in/out were funny and helpful. Highly recommended.
