They are very accommodating and my driver Vu is very nice and very helpful and thoughtful. He really takes care of me during the whole trip. I really recommend them and looking forward for a next trip with them next time I come back Da Nang
Very friendly and courteous driver. Was on time and communicated well with use of translator app on phone. Had water waiting for us on ride back. Not that much more than taking a grab back and forth but provided us with peace of mind that we had a ride back into Da Nang after a long day of walking and seeing sights. Highly recommend.
The driver was very efficient and we communicated through Google Translate. He also helped us out when we got to Ba Na Hills to point us in the right direction. The car was clean and comfortable. In making the booking, the company was very helpful in securing tickets, and if the VIP option is there, take it.
Seamless. I felt safe which is important for a solo female traveller. Communication was excellent from the people who arranged things as well as the drivers. Driver dropped me off in a parking lot near the cable car station that brings you up - this was in the morning. Then in the afternoon, the cable car line that brings you straight down, the station on the ground is a bit of a walk to the parking lot, so if you agree on a time, make sure to start heading down AT LEAST 30 minutes beforehand so there's enough time for queues and toilet breaks.
The driver 'Wu' arrived at the hotel 10 mins before we were due to depart. His driving was professional and considerate. Wu's communication was clear throughout particularly when it came to the pick up as he he couldn't meet us at the drop off point due to traffic control. The return journey was smooth. Thank you

Incredible. It is very beautiful and magnificent. However, in rainy or windy weather, the cable cars can move a little, but it is doable. The first cable car ride lasts 20 minutes to arrive at the bridge, and the second five minutes to arrive at the French village, where the attractions are.
