Excellent background of Valletta and Malta from 16th century to present day. I wish I had done this the first time I had come here. A definite 'must' for new visitors. The guide was very knowledgeable, personable and interesting.

You are on your feet for 2.5 hours with little opportunities for seating. If you can handle that you are good. The tour guide gave us plenty of information and history about the city and the country. They were knowledgeable and personal. Lots to see and learn.
Lailla was the best tour guides we have had in a long time. She is knowledgeable, well spoken, also very personal and professional. I wish she had a longer tour option. There is so much more to explore.

The Valetta Walking Tour was guided by Karl, who's enthusiastic and knowledgeable and managed to keep us all going in spite of the heat! He's good at finding shady places to stop. His style is fun and interactive, asking us questions as well as providing answers. Valletta is lovely, but my knowledge of the city was scant. Karl was able to change that. The walking tour lasts two and a half hours and there's a lot to pack in, but with the small group, there were just nine of us, that didn't seems too much of a problem. Definitely value for money for those wanting to scratch beneath the surface.
Karl was very knowledgeable and informative about Valletta which is a place steeped in history! To understand Valletta you need a guide with local history and Karl has it all from the Knights to WW2. Well done Karl you made our Tour around Valletta an unforgettable experience - Thank you!
Lila was obviously a Malta historian and made the history of Malta come alive! A great storyteller and very passionate about her country. She did her best to keep us out of the sun and comfortable. It was a great tour. Highly recommend. 👍
