Another great strength, especially for Italian travelers, is that both Bagus and Suartana speak Italian very well. This made communication extremely simple and allowed us to fully experience everything, ask questions, and get to know the places, culture, and traditions of Bali better without any language barrier. Both Bagus and Suartana went well beyond our expectations. They were professional, reliable, friendly, and always ready to help us. Thanks to them, discovering Ubud and its surroundings was simple, stress-free, and above all much more pleasant.
