Our driver picked us up in his SUV a few minutes early from our hotel. He had snacks and bottled water in the back for the kids. I’d use this service again.

Very friendly driver. I felt very safe through the almost two hour drive. He had water and snacks available for us.

Luis was great. He was waiting at the airport when we arrived and gave us great info on the way to and from San Miguel.

Our driver was prompt and on time. Her driving was very good in the beginning but then breaking towards the last 1/3 of the trip was hard and driving not as smooth. Maybe she was trying to get to another appointment? If I could do it again I would have asked the hotel to arrange transportation for us.

Our driver Luis was amazing. We were worried about coming to a city we didn’t know and none of us speak great Spanish. However when we were at the airport Luis texted me and met me right outside the gate. He had water waiting for us and took us on a great ride. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would definitely recommend.

We used them for pick and drop off. Could have not been a better experience. On time and made the trip fun. I would highly recommend. They were much cheaper than the amount the hotel wanted.

Such a nice man, and so well informed. We hired Luis just for the drive, but he was so knowledgeable it was like getting a tour also.

Luis was a pleasure to work with! He picked up my family of four in a comfortable vehicle to take us to San Miguel de Allende and took us back to the airport a week later. I highly recommend his services
