This was a great tour with a lot of interesting facts that I would otherwise have not known. Beautiful area to visit. Must see scenery! Our guide was very personable making it our experience. The only downfall was finding our guide as we were given just a street address to meet not a specific location. We wandered for a half hour prior to finding our guide.

Our tour guide arrived after a 3 hour train trip from Zurich-it looks as if there was no local guide as advertised. As we are staying in Zermatt, we thought as advertised there would be a train trip but there was not. There was also no tour of Zermatt itself and we left the village after 10 minutes and we were given no details of the village. We don’t think the guide had a great deal of local knowledge and therefore we did not feel we had value for money and could have done the tour ourselves for less than half price
This is a great experience - spectacular views of the Matterhorn and neighboring peaks and glaciers all along the way. There is a short walk to the cable cars and then two cable car rides to reach the Matterhorn Glacial Paradise. Great views from up here as well as ice caves to explore. Remember to bring warm clothing! Salma our guide made the experience very interesting by telling us the history of the Zermatt town and surroundings.
This tour was long, but really lovely! Salma had so much knowledge and was so informative. We really enjoyed the views of the Matterhorn and had a great experience overall. Zermatt was also a very cute town and we learned a lot by walking thru it. All the train tickets and the Matterhorn ticket were included and it was so nice to have someone take us and know exactly where we needed to go. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to see the Matterhorn and Zermatt.

We had a great time walking around Zermat with Salma! She took us up to the top of the glacier near Matterhorn and we enjoyed speaking Spanish with her as that is her native tongue. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We booked directly with Tours of Switzerland because the price was cheaper directly than through Viator. I exchanged several emails, picked a tour and paid their invoice. There was no communication from them after the invoice was paid, so I assumed all was set. On the day of the tour, nobody showed up, their phone number goes to voice mail, there was no response via email. And now, almost two weeks later and two more emails, there is still no response. This totally feels like a scam. I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. We ended up going by ourselves. Save your money - just get your won ticket.
