The service was always very friendly, they responded quickly to messages and resolved all my doubts. At first, I hesitated a bit to book since they required a deposit, I did it and there was no problem at all; they picked me up at the hotel to take us to the dock where we took the boat; the tour was from about 11 am to 6 pm, Isla Mujeres is beautiful, we did all the activities planned in the tour, and upon return, the transport was already waiting to take us back to the hotel. Everything went very well, I definitely recommend it 10/10.
Without a doubt, it is an excellent decision to travel with these tours. Everything is very organized; you can relax without worrying about anything else, the food is very good, and the places visited are the best. Tania helped me resolve all my doubts. We had an excellent day in Isla Mujeres. Great atmosphere.
I boarded with Jonathon from blue buyoun everything was perfect. I am solo and speak no Spanish so even though he spoke both I was he cud give us a little more English but I had so much fun went snorkeling for the first time and he helped everyway. 10/10 I will be bck in some months

Overall the tour was good. I have done the same tour five times now with different tour operators but this was the first time with this specific operator. What we liked: - Pickup from Playa Del Carmen was included and the ride was comfortable to and from Cancun. - The crew in the boat was very nice and not pushy at all trying to get us to buy picture packages (unlike other operators I have gone with in the past). - The crew was constantly serving us a variety of drinks as soon as we left shore. - The buffet lunch was decent Things we didn’t like: - check in at the dock was chaotic and we really didn’t know what was going on. - we were supposed to eat lunch as our second activity but it was pushed back to our third activity (after snorkeling and the visit the isla Mujeres downtown). We didn’t end up eating until 4pm and this was way too late for lunch.

The tour was excellent, the place was very nice, and the service from the catamaran staff was excellent! Maria, our advisor, was very attentive from day 1, keeping an eye on our tour and resolving any issues or concerns! Excellent service, I recommend them

Great tour guide and perfect day if you are trying to explore Tulúm with everything taken care of from transportation, to information about each location, and the lunch is pretty delicious.
