Farmer Roberto is a wonderful host and excited to show us, especially our grandchildren, the life of the farm. The lunch was delicious and all home grown and home made. Despite the heat we had a lovely experience and recommend highly.
This was a true Tuscan experience not to be missed. I was lucky enough that I chose and early time and ended up getting a private tour. Roberto loves his farm and it really shows. The entire staff that was there was incredible. I felt like family. I am not used to traveling alone and they put me at ease at once. The food was incredible and just kept on coming. I cannot recommend this visit enough.
A very special experience. The famous black and white armadillo pigs get to live a great life here before being processed into delicious specialties. The host and his wife are wonderful hosts. Highly recommended 🙏🙏🙏

Fattoria Madonna della Querce is amazing. A place with a true soul and a piece of authenticity in Tuscany. Having a hotel in the area we send many guests (and also we personally love to frequent the establishment) and have nothing but exemplary feedback. Roberto is very passionate about his farm and the lunch and products are outstanding. Along with the farm tour and lunch they also offer an amazing cooking class. In short this is a place not to miss - cannot recommend more highly and wait to get back!
Booked through Viator. Walked 40 min to the location that they stated as a meeting point on the app. No one was there, no one answered on the app, we went up to the house and no one answered. Reached out to just get a refund so we have now wasted $139 on no income budget for 2 months and they refuse to give one. Don’t waste your time with them. Walked 40min back to town and wasted a good portion just because of the failure.
We are very sorry for what happened and we truly understand your frustration. Unfortunately, this booking was not made directly through our Viator account, but through a third-party reseller who did not communicate your arrival or any delay in real time. The scheduled meeting time was 12:00 PM. By 12:50 PM no guest had arrived and no message had been received, so we had to close the gate as there were no other bookings that day. The first message from the agency only arrived at 1:15 PM, after you had already left. This situation was caused by a communication failure of the external agency, not by our operation. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and we remain available to collaborate with Viator to clarify the situation.
Lovely way to spend an afternoon. Something different than the usual tourist attractions and a very charming host! Delicious tasty lunch and so relaxing. Memorable!!
Very nice visit to the small farm, located right near Montepulciano. We were very well received by the owners. All the products offered were of excellent quality. Quite recommendable.
Lovely lunch, wonderful hosts. Just a great afternoon in the countryside. We saw harvesting of olives, family vineyard and of course the pigs.
What a wonderful experience we had at this farm! He is so passionate about his pigs and all that he grows. We tasted his dried meats which were just as good as we were expecting them to be, and paired beautifully with the wine that he had made also. It’s definitely worth it to take a trip to this farm whilst in Montepulciano.
Roberto and his wife have an amazing set up here, really making the most of what is on offer to them, raising pigs on their land that also has small vineyards and olive groves along with a kitchen garden. Amazing produce served to you whilst looking over the land where it was produced, a real farm to fork experience, with excellent wine to complement it. These people are really passionate about what they do and we were lucky to experience it. A must visit whilst in Tuscany if you are a foodie and want to see how this good life is done.
