Never got to do this. They say they provide remote guidance but they never responded to any of my requests or responses. They just left us hanging and never received any direction or information on how to proceed. As a gesture they offered 50% of our next adventure. Not a refund as we never got to do this. Doubt seriously I would ever try this again. Better have access to WhatsApp but that didn’t work either

Horrible experience don’t do this it’s a rip off
This event is a huge rip off. Nobody is actually there to help you. No prior information on how the hunt was to be executed. Could not get ahold of anyone to figure out how it was supposed to work. As a result we weren’t able to participate and this lost $53, and got nothing for it. The main company is in Texas and got nothing answers from them either just voice mail with no call back. Definitely not worth the effort

Our scavenger hunts are remotely hosted, with instructions and guidance provided to participants throughout the adventure. We understand that this format may not be what everyone expects, but most of our hunters enjoy the interactive challenges, teamwork, creativity, and unique way of exploring the city.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry we fell short in providing the experience you expected. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to offer 50% off your next adventure.

Ovitotts Family Trip!💕
Lots of fun!! Great way to explore the town! If you have small children we recommend you bring a stroller or backpack seat to carry them. ☺️ This was a really great experience especially if you have never been here!🤩👍🏼

Fun exploring Jackson Hole!
We had a great time with the clues and interacting with the guides! We found and saw thing we never would have ventured to on purpose own. So much fun!
