I had a terrible experience booking a tour with this company. They canceled the tour the night before when we were already in Barcelona. I booked two nights at a hotel after a cruise especially so we could take this tour. It was very disappointing. I highly discourage anyone from booking any tours from this company.

If the driver/guide had to be admitted to the hospital the night before the activity due to an emergency, it was impossible for us to carry out the activity the following day. He had a serious medical problem, and this was explained to you. If you place more importance on your leisure activity than on someone having to be hospitalized, you should show a little more humanity and consideration for the situation.
