Great experience! Christian our guide was really knowledgeable!! Beautiful, peaceful way to start the day! We also saw stingrays, pufferfush, barracudas and many more fish and birds. Thank you,
The address that they posted took us to a place where the vendor wasn’t there. There was no phone number so we stood at a beach pier calling up Viator. Viator tried calling them and were directed to an automated message. After 15 minutes of not knowing where to go and not receiving a reply via email, we told Viator to cancel and give us a refund. We STILL don’t know where the dock was! And we took an uber somewhere else. Minutes later, apparently, this vendor sent an email. Because they sent an email after we couldn’t find them, they are refusing to refund us $128. We didn’t get to do this final tour of our vacation. Viator also refuses to refund a service that we never received. Deceptive practices! Beware of the vendor giving you a wrong address, not being able to reach them by phone, and then taking your money. Go elsewhere.

This was great. The mangroves are amazing and our guide told us a lot about mangroves and the wildlife. He also had the absolut best restaurant recommendations. 10/10 would do again
The experience and guides are excellent, highly recommended. The landscape behind the mangroves along with the sunset are beautiful and the guides narrate and explain very well the importance of these ecosystems, recommended experience and more if you like nature
The view was absolutely gorgeous, and we were accompanied by an incredibly charismatic guide named Alfred! Not only did it feel like an educational experience, it was one of the best activities my friend and I did on our trip especially since we had never done paddle boarding before. As someone with terrible balance, I recommend everyone try it as I was able to get the hang of it pretty fast. :)
Excellent way to experience Cancún! This was a delightful water safari by paddle board, with Alfredo pointing out the local flora and fauna as dawn broke around us. He was knowledgeable about the area, plants, animals, and history, including how each related to the other and the ecological importance of the area to Mexico and to the world. We saw birds, lizards, fish, mangroves, and sunken ships but we left with an appreciation for Mexico and this amazing world we inhabit together. Note that we went in a group with one experienced paddler and two who'd never done it before but Alfredo was an excellent teacher and we were both standing up, paddling, in no time! I also gained experience in a new sport! 10/10: excellent experience all around
Couldn't have been better! Sunrise paddle board allowed me to get out and experience a beautiful side of Cancun. Our guide, Alfredo, was so knowledgeable and super friendly. I wish I had time to do this every morning. And... super affordable.
A wonderful experience! The tour is well worth its price, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, it’s history and the flora and fauna we were able to observe. Making the tour available in the early morning allowed us to beat the heat and enjoy the sunrise over the water!
I had an amazing group tour with Alfredo. He took us on a combined paddle board/kayak tour around the lagoon. His knowledge of the area- plants, wildlife, history, etc. is wonderful and we learned so much. He is very personable, and his English is excellent. His dedication to protecting the environment and helping tourists and locals learn about and protect the lagoon was an added bonus. It was very early for the 6am tour, but I do not regret it at all. I 100% recommend this tour!
Samy was a great guide. I ended up being the only one on the tour which was a fantastic experience. Her English was great and I learned a lot about the mangroves and paddle boarding, since it was my first time. This experience is a bargain for what you get and I would recommend for sure. It allows you to be one with nature not far from the hustle and bustle.
