5 hours trip to see turtles and 2 cenetos, was a really nice little trip, was kept in the loop even days before hand with what time to be picked up. Very good service and very friendly staff, turtle experience was awesome , seen 3 turtles in total in the wild with plenty of fish. Cenotes was great, take loads of repellent as mosquito's are everywhere, also bring food, as only given a small tiny roll , 10/10 well done to the team

This was up there with the best day out ever! The snorkeling with turtles was brilliant even though im not great out in the water I felt totally safe and at ease. I could hold a life ring and pretty much get towed all over so its also great for the not so good swimmers! We saw about 10 turtles which ranged in size and the experience was second to none, highly recommend!! Maria Car was our guide throughout the tour and honestly she was so knowledgeable about everything we encountered it was fascinating, i could have listened to her all day long! The cenote swims were stunning and shows nature at its absolute finest, really beautiful but wear swim shoes as the rocks are sharp in places. Be sure to use mozzie spray before you leave hotel though as around the cenote entrances the mozzies are rife! The whole trip was worth every penny and im so glad we did it! Wonderful experience! Driver picked us up at our hotel on time; professional, courteous, and friendly. IMHO, it's the guide that makes the tour successful or not. Our guide, Alex, was great. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but passionate about his culture and it's ecosystem. (AND ... be generous with your tips - all of your guides rely upon gratuities to make a living; plus it's seasonal work. We wouldn't have these great opportunities if it wasn't for them.)

Nadia was an amazing guide and spoke very good English 🏴 . Very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Picked up exactly at 8 O’clock from Santi who has helpful and cheerful. Myself and my son did the turtles and the cenonties and was a great and enjoyable day out . Massively recommend santi and Nadia for ANY tours your doing while In Cancun .

I had the best experience and felt very comfortable because of Alex the guide. I was anxious but only for 5 minutes and then I was in pure joy seeing turtles and fishes. It’s a walk in from the beach and a must do.

Tour guide Rodolfo was excellent. There was a small boy in the group who was afraid of snorkeling and Rodolfo worked with him and got him to enjoy himself snorkeling. He provided In depth information about everything and he was genuinely caring and courteous A+++ Definitely recommend this tour with Rodolfo
