Wow! Great communication about pickup from our hotel & timely comfortable transport. Sent a clear list beforehand of what we should bring & what was provided. First, stop was the cenotes. Got there early enough that we had the closed cenote to our small group of 10. Gorgeous! Next, Akumal to see the sea turtles. We are always prepared to see no wildlife on trips, but we saw 6 sea turtles! Our guide, Lea, gave us great info for both spots & clearly communicated the rules to minimize the impact on the environment. And, because we had a mixed language group, she did this while flipping between English & French & made sure everyone was engaged & included. Cold bottled water and snacks were provided(which was very appreciated after all of the swimming). Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic morning and would highly recommend this tour! A huge thank you to our driver, Moses, who was friendly, welcoming and made the journey smooth and comfortable, and especially to our guide, Maria, who was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about the local wildlife and environment, and her enthusiasm really made the whole experience even more special. Swimming with the sea turtles was everything we had hoped for. We saw so many turtles in their natural habitat, as well as a huge ray, which was an unforgettable bonus! Maria ensured everyone respected the wildlife while still giving us plenty of opportunities to enjoy the experience. The visit to the cenotes was equally magical. They were peaceful, beautiful and incredibly relaxing. One of my favourite moments was simply standing quietly in the water, taking in the surroundings and watching the bats overhead. It felt like such a special place. We are so glad we chose a private tour. Having the flexibility to go at our own pace without feeling rushed made such a difference. The personal service was exceptional, and it really felt like the day was tailored just for us. Thank you, Moses and Maria, for creating such a memorable experience. It was one of the highlights of our holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya.

The most connected I’ve ever felt with nature. The turtles, the denotes, the bats, the birds, the fish, the fossils, it was phenomenal. Honestly, this trip was so much more than an excursion. The host we had, Rudolfo had one mission that day, to make sure we had the best time. He knew the tricks to avoid the crowds and explained everything to us about what was going to happen. I mean the trip we chose didn’t have bells and whistles of an extravagant lunch but never ever have I ever enjoyed a trip so much as this one. It was outstanding and I can’t rate it highly enough. A bucket list trip for sure. 200% recommend. (For context, we travel a lot, and always do several excursions)

Everything was wonderful! Smooth and on time pickup from hotel and a smooth ride to the snorkeling area. We had Rudolph and Gabriel as our guides and they were amazing! Rudolph is so knowledgeable about the area and has a true love for what he does. The cenote we went to is back in the jungle so it is not as crowded as others, there were maybe two other groups in the entire cave with us. I will say the excursion took longer than expected, we were picked up at about 7am and got back at 2pm. Not too bad with picking up another two groups from other hotels. During the excursion they take pictures and at the end it is $55 to purchase them. Although we passed on the photos they were VERY well taken. Overall, it was very very worth it to do with these guides and do this wonderful excursion.
