Beautiful experience. Exceptional driving. Two hours literally flying. We had seen Baroque Lecce but secret Lecce is very intriguing.
Beautiful city with magnificent buildings and facilities, make sure you wander the streets - of particular interest is the excavation of a Roman amphitheatre colosseum in Piazza San Oronzo. Enjoy the Monday and Friday fruit, veg and flea markets on Viale dello Stadio and the Antiques market XX Settembre, held last Sunday of every month. Plenty of cafes and trattorias with abundant paid and street parking.Beautiful place to admire sights and smells.
