Dear Corinne, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to respectfully clarify several important facts for you and for future guests who may read this review. On the morning of the tour, you informed our guide that you wished to use the tour primarily as transportation and that you preferred to leave the group early. Since your booking was the package version that excluded museum entrance tickets and lunch, your request was accommodated exactly as you asked. Both our operations team and your guide reached out to you during and after the tour to confirm that everything was in order. At that time, you confirmed, in writing, that you were satisfied and that your decision to leave the group early was entirely your own. These communications are on record. Regarding the Ihlara Valley hike: the duration of the walking portion is determined by each group's pace and the guide's assessment on the day, as described in our tour information. Guests who wish to complete the full-length hike always have the option to do so with the group. We take every piece of guest feedback seriously and always aim to provide clear information and professional service. We are glad we were able to accommodate your modified request on the day, and we wish you safe travels. Warm regards, Skyway Travel Team
