Great experience, all the crew was friendly and helpful. All the activities on time, recommended 100 percent.

Be prepared to get up early. Sometimes it’s a long drive from your hotel to this remote valley. ( approximately 50 minutes drive from Urgup). Take plenty of warm clothing as it’s cold at dawn. Make sure your camera is fully charged. A couple of suggestions to the supplier of this activity:- I found it quite difficult to climb in and out of the basket, (as my legs aren’t very long! ) so a small set of stepladders would be useful. Also perhaps fly lower into the valley - if possible and safe - to get a closer view of the amazing landscape.

Not all spots in the hot air balloon basket offer the same experience; the view is poor from some of them. Sometimes the balloon needs to rotate. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience!

This trip was absolutely exceptional. I booked this about 6 days in advance for a Sunday morning trip (as a back up trip incase our Friday trip was cancelled with another company). Due to weather, Friday was cancelled and the demand locally for flights was high. I was delighted I had this booked in, it's important to have enough days in Cappodocia to rebook hot air balloon incase of weather. Since I experienced a collection with two companies, I actually found Cappodocia Balloons (this trip) more fantastic and more efficient. We went straight to the location with a small packed breakfast and go on the basket quickly. The captain was very informative and the lift off was magical and so smooth. The views just get better and better as the sunrises. It was the most incredible landscape and memorable experience of my life. The captain moved the balloon from high to low and turned regularly to get a great view. The logistics and all the staff and planning make this good value and so worth the money. The landing was impeccable with fizzy to celebrate and a beautiful certificate. Thank you so much.
