I found Winterent on Instagram, and I am so glad I did. We ordered 2 adults suits, which include gloves, boots and neck liners, I also ordered my toddler a snowsuit, boots, mittens and neck liner. We had the clothing delivered to our hotel. and it was literally available from the moment we arrived. All clothing and shoes were true to size, none of us got cold once, and most importantly my toddler was warm throughout. I also purchased a hat for my son through Wnterent which was excellent as covered his ears and neck. When we departed we arranged for them to collect from the hotel, which they did. I couldn't recommend them enough, and would encourage people to use them instead of buying outfits that might not combat the artic conditions.

We ordered suits in advance from home on the official website. Everything was perfect! For shoes, though, it didn't say measurements - it just said take your standard European size. But the size grids are different for all manufacturers, so I had a little doubt and decided to try my shoes on as soon as I got them. On the 25.5cm foot, I ordered a size 39, and my choice was right! 39 was a great length for me! But for a narrow foot, these shoes are, of course, a little loose. Just in case, I tried 38, but I had my finger in them, so I did take 39. The foot felt loose in my shoe, even in a few socks)) - kind of hung around a little - but the shoes on me held up well, i.e. I walked in them calmly, including in high-hiking, and I was comfortable! She adjusted very quickly! The suit itself is really cool! Lightweight, warm, versatile cut, easy to fit any shape. Very practical and comfortable! Also, in addition to the suit, shoes and mittens give a versatile scarf-clutch that can be worn as you please: as a full balaclava, as a bandana... We wore them around our necks to cover their noses and cheeks in the cold. The scarf is very thin, pleasant to the touch, yet very warm! It's a great thing! Shipping to/from the hotel is incredibly expensive, so we decided to run to the store and get/turn in the suits ourselves)) Both receiving and turning in are very fast! The package was already ready for us. The shoes I put on immediately on the spot and in them I stomped back when it was time to return the suit :) If you wish, the costumes can be measured and taken locally - the store has all the conditions for this. You give up a bag of clothes in a second, too. All in all, the equipment and service made us very happy and met all our expectations! A very convenient solution for tourists who do not have sports winter clothes in their wardrobe! The costumes are really high quality and worth it! I recommend it!

The clothes are in good condition and keep you very warm. Definitely reccomend it to people who are having outside activities in winter season.

The team has all booked garments well prepared in a large bag. This is quick and easy. The winter clothes are nice and warm.

The staff and clothing quality were excellent, the staff let us swap sizes of various items multiple times ensuring we were comfortable. We wouldn’t have coped in the -30c temps without the clothing. Also allowed us to keep clothing/boots a few hours extra due to flight times without extra charge. 10/10

Winterent were absolutely fantastic. Prices were very reasonable, and the gear was top notch. The staff were very professional, kind and accommodating. 5 star service!

The guy we met opened the shop for us before opening time, and he was very kind. He explain to us everything about overalls , from the design to the useful caracteristics. I loved the materiale, colour and the fact of not having felt cold for the whole holiday!

Fantastic place to rent winter clothing! Joonas was amazing — very kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He carefully explained how to dress properly for the extreme cold (–34°C!) and took all the time we needed to make sure everything fit perfectly. Thanks to his advice, we felt comfortable and truly enjoyed our time in the cold in Rovaniemi. Highly recommended if you need winter gear in Rovaniemi!
