Quality service

Serious, professional and friendly driver. Nice and comfortable vehicle. I recommend Mohammed and Souly, the 2 drivers who took me to the Brussels and Charleroi airports.

Driver did not show.

The driver was supposed to pick us up at the airport and bring us to Courtyard by Marriott Eu. When we arrived we had to wait in line to check our passports before getting our luggage. The line took 2 hours. We looked around for the Viator driver but could not see him at all. We took a cab to our hotel I never got a message or email explaining why he wasn't there. I would like a refund. Lorraine Torres

Perfect service!

Very good service. I ordered the taxi AT 3am and it was right on time! The driver was very friendly and helped us with the luggage. Next time I will definitely call this company!

Het is geweldig om te horen dat je tevreden was met onze dienst! Het feit dat je de taxi om 3 uur 's nachts hebt besteld en dat deze stipt op tijd was, is fantastisch. Dat de chauffeur vriendelijk was en je heeft geholpen met de bagage, maakt ons erg blij. We waarderen het dat je van plan bent om ons de volgende keer weer te bellen! Just terrible..

We’ve used this company now 4 times.. The first trip (a pickup from our apartment in Brussels to the airport) went quite well. Although the car wasn’t very clean, the driver was on time. The return trip, the driver wasn’t at the pickup location and we had to wait 15 minutes for him.. The third time (another pick up from our apartment - same driver as the previous return trip) the driver couldn’t find our building and was 25 minutes late. Finally, this last pickup from the airport was just terrible.. The driver spoke no English, even though when I ordered the car, I explicitly stated that I only speak English. He didn’t offer to help with the bags, his car was a dirty rundown minivan that reeked of cigarettes and he ran out of gas during the drive. Since I barely speak French, I had no idea what the hell was happening.. Long story short, I would not recommend this company and I won’t be using them again. Very disappointed

The driver was professional and helpful. He was at the designated location and took us to the front door of the hotel.

Good transfer

Un Safe Driver

This company sent a very inexperienced or careless driver. Either way it was not acceptable. They originally told us a driver would be coming in a sedan. They send a women in blue van. She wanted us to walk to her van parked down the street. She did not return for 10 minutes. She then wanted us to cross the tram way with all our luggage as she did not want to move the van to come to pick us up in front of our hotel. We had to walk to the corner and cross the street to get to her with all our luggage. We just did it because we running late. She did not know how open the cargo compartment to load our suitcases. So our suitcases rode with us in our seats area. Thank goodness it was a minivan. She wanted to turn left and blocked traffic from the wrong lane to turn. If that wasn't bad enough, she missed another turn and reversed in traffic and made a u-turn partially on the sidewalk. An absolute hair raising experience. I understand traffic in Brussels is different from other places, but it does not excuse unsafe or inexperienced driving. We are paying for a service. She was not rude, but this was still not OK.

Very Bad Service

I made a reservation with AirPort Driver to pick me and my kids up at the airport at 8:45. My flight will arrive at 7:45 and I thought I will have a lot of time to get off the plane and go through passport control. After a long international flight with 2 small children I arrived at the arrivals hall at 9:00. Not a taxi driver. I called him. I called him. He said, “Are you FINALLY in the airport???” Airport Driver changed my reservation to 7:45 while I was over the Atlantic Ocean. The driver waited for us for an hour and then he left with an Uber passenger. After an hour he came back and took us to our destination. But he asked for an extra 20 EUR because I was “late”. I could have gone faster (and better) by bus.

Goedenavond, Meneer, we hebben verschillende keren geprobeerd contact met u op te nemen, weet dat u 60 minuten gratis wachttijd heeft NA DE AANLANDING en dat als u deze tijd overschrijdt en u de telefoon niet opneemt, de chauffeur een bewijs van aanwezigheid zal nemen en deze zal e-mailen aan ons. en kan dus vertrekken. hier kwam de chauffeur terug om je op te halen uit beleefdheid en als herinnering. en als je gebeld wordt denk ik het minst beleefde antwoord. herinnering hier kwam de chauffeur terug om je op te halen door gentiellsses en was niet verplicht. en de wachttijd die u de chauffeur heeft laten verliezen, bent u verplicht deze te betalen, conform de voorwaarden die u op onze site heeft aanvaard

Perfect Service.

Just in time I was picked up. Driver put my luggage in the car and also helped on arrival. 2 days before departure I wanted to advance the time by half an hour. This was no problem at all. Very pleased.
