Marcos delivered an unforgettable evening that went far beyond a standard dinner. From the moment we arrived, his warmth and passion for asado were obvious. He’s a brilliant storyteller, and learning about his journey while watching him work the traditional parrilla was a privilege.
Every piece of meat was cooked to perfection—the blood sausage, choripán, pork belly, tri-tip, and ribeyes were all incredible, especially paired with his chimichurri, salsa criolla, and excellent local wines. The setting on the Palermo rooftop offered gorgeous views, and Marcos was so thoughtful regarding the weather, providing heaters and blankets to ensure everyone stayed comfortable. An absolute must-do in BA!

Superb Experience
Asado Experience is the best experience so far in our Buenos Aires trip. Kiki is an excellent host and Pablo, the best cook there is. All the food that were served were so delicious especially the rib eye. We love the ambience and the vibe of the place especially talking to different guests from different nations

Don't miss this!
This was the best experience we had in Buenos Aires. The rooftop was cozy and charming and we enjoyed watching the chef cook. Our hostess was friendly and informative and we felt so welcome with people from other countries. The food and wine was delicious and plentiful and it felt like a true Argentinian BBQ rather than a restaurant.

Best experience in Buenos Aires
I loved the experience! It is perceptible how every detail was thought out so that everything would be perfect, and it really was. The menu is incredible, the wines too, and the pacing of the dinner was simply amazing. The place is very cozy and everything was delicious. Maya and Marcos were sensational! It is an experience I highly recommend to anyone in Buenos Aires, don't miss it.
