ラサファリインツアーズによるヤラ国立公園での終日プライベートサファリ

Booked a private tour as we flew halfway around the world for this one opportunity to do this safari. No one showed up, no communication from them. Called multiple times while standing outside at 5am. Finally they picked up the phone and said someone was coming. Showed up around an hour late with another couple saying other jeep broke down. Reason for 2 stars instead of 1 was the actual driver /guide worked really hard. They did provide a refund for the difference but only After multiple attempts from my side. Even if unexpected things happen like a jeep breaking down, we expect proactive communication, proactive refunds. I think this company is too small to manage issues, would recommend going with a larger tour company.
