Excellent value, really fantastic fun for our party of four all 60+, a brilliant way to get to know the local sights and the guide LT was a pleasure to be with.

Never again, will we deal with TripAdvisor tour. We were misled and our rip off ticket did not include the main attraction which meant we didn’t get to see it because there was no way to purchase on the same day without being ripped off again royally. The system is gained. Probably this message will be zapped by AI but I’m writing it anyway just in case one human sees it.

Except for one attraction, all the others are free anyway. Nasrid Palaces are NOT included! For 49 euros! You cannot experience the image in the title like that. The description is, to put it mildly, misleading. Very disappointing! Better to book tickets via the Alhambra website.

I would highly recommend this place. The customer service we got from Fabulous Fabiana was top class. She was so helpful in getting the tickets we needed and helped us with all the information we required as tourists.  She was kind and patient at all times.  This is the best place to get tickets from for tourist attractions in Granada.

First of all we had to pick up our tickets at Play Granada (bottom of the hill) and arrange are own transport to top. We paid $40.50 US per person, when we got to the entrance we found out the actual cost was 12.73 euros (around US 14.63). I am sorry, but this is a complete ripoff. Don’t listen to the skip the line BS, take the bus up and pay for your own entry.

We booked entry tickets to the Alhambra through Viator priced at £30 per person, stated to include admission plus audio guide — when official direct entry is only €12.99. We expected a proper experience for the premium price, but it was extremely disappointing. The so‑called “audio guide” worked via a QR code on our phones — every single time we took a photo, we were logged out completely and had to rescan, re‑enter the password and start all over again from the beginning. After struggling through this three times, our whole group of ten gave up entirely — it was unusable. Worse still — we found out this ticket did NOT actually include entry to the Alhambra Palace, which is the main reason anyone visits the Alhambra! We were also informed one of the palaces was closed with no advance notice or mention at time of booking. It felt misleading and overpriced — paying far more than official cost for something that delivered far less than promised. We have used Viator before and trusted them, but this was a letdown and we would not recommend this tour operator /ticket option at all.
