Antonio was our guide yesterday at the Alhambra for 3 hours. It was totally excellent. His knowledge of the history of the Alhambra, his super pleasant personality. Everything was wonderful. Thank you very much Antonio. Mirta

We had our tour booked for Monday 21st sept at 10am, I was contacted 2 days before advising me the tour was not available and could I go the following day.I had another tour booked but lucky i was able to change this.Not ideal if your not in Granada and can't change your plans to suit the company.I read after this company can cancel last minute if they cannot secure tickets..I don't think I would risk it and book with them again since the tickets are not gauranteed.It was stressful. Sandra , the guide was very friendly and helpful.It was not her fault.

La experiencia con este tour fue bastante decepcionante, principalmente por la falta de información sobre el punto de encuentro y el acceso. En ningún momento de la reserva se explicaba claramente que NO es posible llegar en coche al punto de inicio del tour desde el parking de la Alhambra. El parking oficial y el punto de encuentro están a más de 2 km de distancia y el trayecto en coche entre ambos puede tomar alrededor de 30 minutos. No es una distancia razonable para caminar si además no tienes todavía las entradas que permiten atravesar determinadas zonas de la Alhambra. Nosotros llegamos con tiempo al parking pensando que desde allí podríamos acceder al punto de encuentro. Cuando nos dimos cuenta de que no era posible, intentamos contactar con el operador aproximadamente 15 minutos antes del comienzo del tour para pedir ayuda o instrucciones. No obtuvimos respuesta hasta después de que el tour ya había comenzado. Finalmente, el operador sí nos proporcionó las entradas correspondientes y una audioguía, lo cual agradecemos, pero perdimos la posibilidad de realizar el tour como estaba previsto por un problema de logística que podría haberse evitado simplemente proporcionando instrucciones claras sobre dónde aparcar y cómo llegar al punto de encuentro. Además, durante nuestra visita la Alcazaba estaba cerrada debido a los terremotos. Entendemos perfectamente que este cierre no depende del operador turístico, pero habría sido conveniente recibir una notificación previa, especialmente al tratarse de una de las zonas importantes de la visita. También es MUY IMPORTANTE saber antes de reservar que este tour NO INCLUYE LOS PALACIOS NAZARÍES, una de las partes más importantes y espectaculares de la Alhambra. Si desean visitarlos, asegúrense de comprobarlo y reservar la entrada correspondiente con antelación. Mi principal recomendación al operador sería mejorar considerablemente la información previa al tour, especialmente respecto al acceso en coche, el parking y la distancia hasta el punto de encuentro. Una simple advertencia indicando que no se debe ir directamente al parking de la Alhambra para llegar al punto de inicio habría evitado todo el problema. Our experience with this tour was quite disappointing, mainly because of the lack of clear information regarding the meeting point and accessibility. At no point during the booking process was it clearly explained that the tour meeting point is NOT accessible by car from the Alhambra parking area. The official parking lot and the meeting point are more than 2 km apart, and driving between the two can take approximately 30 minutes. Walking is not a practical alternative, particularly when you do not yet have the tickets required to access certain areas of the Alhambra. We arrived at the parking area with enough time, assuming we would be able to access the meeting point from there. Once we realized this was not possible, we tried contacting the tour operator approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ask for assistance or instructions. Unfortunately, we received no response until after the tour had already started. The operator did eventually provide us with our entrance tickets and an audio guide, which we appreciated. However, we missed the opportunity to participate in the tour as planned because of a logistical issue that could easily have been prevented by providing clear parking and meeting-point instructions beforehand. Additionally, the Alcazaba was closed during our visit due to earthquake-related restrictions. We completely understand that this closure was outside the tour operator’s control, but it would have been helpful to receive advance notice, particularly since the Alcazaba is an important part of the Alhambra experience. It is also VERY IMPORTANT for anyone considering this tour to know that it DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE NASRID PALACES, one of the most significant and impressive parts of the Alhambra. If visiting the Nasrid Palaces is important to you, make sure you specifically book tickets that include them in advance. My main recommendation to the tour operator would be to significantly improve the information provided before the tour, particularly regarding car access, parking, and the distance to the meeting point. A simple warning explaining that visitors should not drive directly to the Alhambra parking area when trying to reach the tour meeting point would have prevented the entire situation.

The experience is not run by Viator, rather by a local partner which they don't have control over. The instructions received we're in Spanish with unproperly translated instructions in English. I traveled with my wife and my parents who are seniors. The expectation of the tour operator was for everybody to meet the center of the city and then walk up an enormous amount of hills in order to get to the Alhambra. We were waiting for them at the Alhambra and they told us that he had to go down to their office in the downtown area to validate our tickets and then we had to leave with the tour. They were very inflexible in terms of understanding that my parents can I just saunter down a hill and then climb back up. And although they met me Middle Ground allowing me to bring their IDs down, if they didn't join the tour at the downtown office, they would miss the tour and it was a company policy to not allow us to join their tour at the gates of the Alhambra. Considering that the access to the Alhambra is 15€, they're inflexibility for a 73€ tour, it was completely unacceptable. It also didn't want to release our tickets unless we paid them for a 10€ per person guided audio tour which we would put on our cell phone. The reason was because their company policy apparently doesn't allow us to go without a tour. When we contacted Viator, decided with the tour operator and not only did not issue a refund, they also told us it was our fault. Overall, this tour is not worth it because it's not accessible and does not take into consideration elderly and the inflexibility of viator and the tour operator makes me uncapable of recommending this tour or the company to anybody.

It was a nice experience cause we had a nice tour guide, Her name is Sandra - She gave us a smooth context - We felt it was so quick in the actual monument of Alhambra and Generalife - We felt like we needed more time to watch and take photos - Nasrid was really missed in this trip. So next time we are booking our ticket before our flights LOL

Well organized great guide spectacular site

Sandra was absolutely top-notch as a guide!!!! Well-founded knowledge passed on in a very pleasant way. 10 out of 10 points! The announcement from Tripadvisor about the meeting point should be a bit clearer. Otherwise, as someone unfamiliar with the area, you assume that it starts at the entrance.

The guide made the 3 hours very enjoyable, it flew by, very professional. He conveyed his passion and humor for history well.
