My TravelLocal contact did an excellent job of coordinating our family trip to Iceland. Part-way thru I needed to make a change, and the contact at the number supplied by TravelLocal was able to make the adjustment for a new hotel late that night. The change was greatly appreciated.

Thank you for this great review. Yes. We need to completely adjust and make a changes. It turned out later on that it was an even better solution and decision than your primary plan. I really enjoyed being with all of you, at all places and based on changes you have seen different spots as ussually travelleres are offered to do and visit.

There were several stops...
There were several stops mentioned in the itinerary of this tour, however the weather in Iceland is so unpredictable and can change in a blink of an eye that some stops weren’t possible. With that being said, this tour was still worth it as we still made it to the 2 main waterfalls, one of the black sand beaches, and extra quirky stops along the way.
Our tour guide was Andres. He is very passionate about visitors actually learning about the history of the land (and not just visiting Iceland to take photos to post on social media). He has a great sense of humor (if don’t take life too seriously).

The Best Guide: Andres!!
We had an incredible time with Andres. We had done a few tours with him and he made our experience wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and truly showed us all that Iceland had to offer. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Andres, you will not regret it! I hope I can return to Iceland in the future and when I do, I will be booking with Andres!

Returning guests are always a great experience. As you know I even took my birthday to stay with you that day and days before that. Somehow C and J made great impression on me on their first visit in Iceland. But there is something I am still sorry about. It was a weather. You truly deserved better than that.
I also like customisation, and we made it completely on our own, so the result is obviously good. I would really wish to travel with you and others in case you returning back. Like a parent, like a daughter, Morgan. Thank you for this wonderful review.

Great guide for Reykjavík
A very informative guide for our very first visit to Reykjavík. More than the city walking tour visit the experience of the drive around the Golden Circle and the Southern Coast all the way to the Black Beach were very informative.

Excellent trip to the south coast of Iceland
It was an excellent trip, Andrés is a good tourist guide, explains a lot about everything we passed and visited. Always very attentive to everyone especially with the children.
I loved the trip and hope one day to go on another tour with Andrés.

Fantastic Day Tour Program
Booked this full day excursion with Andres Ivanovic and it did not disappoint. Andres was fantastic! He picked us up from our hotel in Reykjavik on-time in a very clean SUV. We had booked a full day and he gave us a quick overview and then made a couple of real-time adjustments to the plan as he got to know us better. Great info, great insight, lots of great conversation. We did several waterfalls, volcanos, glaciers, a couple of museums, the black sand beaches... it was a really terrific tour and we cannot recommend Andres highly enough.

Exceptional Private Guide Tour
We booked a full day (10+ hours) guided tour with Andres and it did not disappoint. Andres picked us up at our hotel in Reykjavik, was on time, super clean SUV and very knowledgeable of the area, politics, culture, geography, etc. We made a few small changes in the itinerary as we went and André’s was always full of suggestions and recommendations. Outstanding in every way!

Best decision ever!
We found Andres & Mercury Grail after another company suddenly closed & canceled our South Coast & Golden Circle tours. It was immediately obvious that he was the right choice. Andres responded very quickly to our emails & went out of his way to assure us that both of our day long tours would be possible. Even tho he was already booked for 1 of the days we were needing, he offered to provide another car/driver so we wouldn’t be disappointed & miss the sights of the Golden Circle.
We found him to be extremely personable, punctual & knowledgeable & took into account our different mobility issues & adjusted all of the places we visited accordingly.
The service he provided was definitely top notch & we won’t hesitate to contact him again when visiting Iceland and we highly recommend his services.
Thank you Andres (Margarita too!) for 2 extremely memorable days & sharing the beauty of Iceland.

We have been in touch before you came, so I knew a little bit of your needs and more than that. It helped me to make a tour more flexible; however, all of them are on their way. I simply wondered how easy-going and simple you are. It is a joy to travel in that kind of spirit. Partly, history, partly geology, partly jokes, and a few words privately give the result of the tour that day.
And yes. You primarily wanted me to do tours for a two days. With me, it weren´t work, but we together found way out. And believe. I have much impressions on you still today and that night at 1 and 2 AM I went out of my house just to see if there are some northern lights to see. I didn´t call you and woke you up, since nothing has been in sky due to the very long brightnes in the sky.
