The airport transfer from my hotel was surprisingly smooth and efficient. I was scheduled to be picked up at 9:30 am but my driver (Hamid) arrived at 9:15 am. He even took me to exchange currency before heading to Marrakech Menara Airport. Excellent service and a great value for money - I highly recommend it!

Good pick up service.
Very easy to book. Good response from organization who kept in touch by WhatsApp to manage timing and details. Clean vehicle. Swift transport to hotel.

Good pick up service despite error in booking
For some unexplained reason the airport transfer was linked to a day later than my flight. I was also arriving in Marrakech about 90 minutes later than my scheduled flight because of weather and air traffic delays. However by texting with the car company we worked out the miscommunication, and a driver was quickly called in to meet me. I was impressed that they were able to sort it out quickly. Nice clean car and quick transfer to hotel.

It was good. He on time and was outside waiting on us with name and took us to the hotel. He even gave us recommendations

I made a few errors...Lol
Excellent customer service. They reached out to me in timely fashion to correct an error I made. From that they identified that I had booked for the incorrect day. They still sent a driver to collect us and kept in contact with us the entire time. Our driver was lovely, pointing out places and ensuring our safety was number 1. Fantastic service.

Easy, convenient, and informative!
My transfer was amazing. Mohcine was extremely helpful and friendly. He enthusiastically provided amazing conversation and tips about Marrakesh. He was also very easy to meet as the pickup spots by the main door is pretty straight forward. You can also get in contact via WhatsApp if you need help with anything outside of the transfer. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent service
Hamid is a wonderful man. He picked me up on time and dropped me at my riad. He offered to pick me up the day I was leaving and that he did. Thank you.

Clear communication
Welcomed with a smile and a name card. Efficient and clear communication. Knew where the location of the residence/stay was even though it was a little outside of Marrakech.
