ジャイサルメールの瞑想リトリート

I had the privilege of attending the Meditation Retreat in Jaisalmer, the perfect backdrop for deep reflection and mindfulness, and it exceeded all my expectations. This retreat in Jaisalmer combines elements of active meditation, such as Sufi Meditation and Chakra Breathing. Ashraf Mystic is deeply connected to the teachings of meditative practices, and its explanations during the sessions were clear and complete, offering guidance that felt personalized and deeply insightful. The small and intimate group provided a sense of companionship and allowed for deeper connections and personal attention. Meals were wholesome and delicious, featuring authentic Rajasthani flavors prepared with care, eventually closing the rite with a marvelous chai gathering together. The experience was seamlessly organized creating a sense of safety and trust throughout. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall vibe. If you’re seeking active meditation in Jaisalmer, this retreat is a must. Whether you’re looking for peace, spiritual growth, or simply a unique experience in Jaisalmer, I highly recommend it.
