We used this service for transport from Montego Bay airport to our hotel in Negril and back. Our car was on time, very clean, and safe. Our driver, Edward, was fantastic. Very friendly, safe driver who was happy to let us take short breaks on the trip to get some food and drinks from roadside stands. He even stepped in and haggled for us when he felt a vendor was overcharging us. Great experience overall. Thank you Edward!

The most memorable part was having a tiny car arrive at the airport when I booked a van. A small car for an hour and a half trip is unacceptable, especially because it does NOT allow for social distancing. Upon calling Viator, I was told the phones were down and to “be patient and call back tomorrow”. I was at the airport in a foreign country! Thankfully, the 3rd party company found a small van to transport us, otherwise we would have been stuck waiting. We did wait an hour however.
Dear Yolanda Banks, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As per the telephone conversation on 15th of March 2021, specific vehicle types not requested by your booking agent. Your car was on the spot when you arrived at the airport, so the only reason you waited was that you wanted a larger large van for 2 people. A spacious sedan car was assigned for your pickup and you decline that car and demanded one of our 13 seater vans. There are only 2 people in your travel party and you wanted a 13 seater van. You were advised to contact your booking agency. We provided you with a phone to make the call and sent an email on your behave. We did everything we could to accommodate your request even though you did not pay for a larger vehicle. The third-party company that you are making reference to, that sent you a van is us.
Having Kevin as our driver was the best. He is such a sweet soul!! Definitely made the ride to and from the airport an amazing ride!!

It was great texting information the day before arrival, although my name was spelled incorrectly. I commented on the spelling and some was corrected. Once I arrived it was a challenge to find my name. The airport agent helped to find it laying on a bench. The agent found the tour guide, she wanted a paper ticket despite my ticket being on my phone. She accepted the numbers off the ticket. The agent also helped get our luggage loaded after waiting a few minutes for the van to arrive. The ride was nice, although the driver had to stop and get gas. I was able to get out and get a cold drink.
