It was a complete experience. Rafael stopped by the hotel and on his way to Pompeii he started to make the magic of Naples start to engulf us. We arrived in Pompeii where Luca was waiting for us who from the beginning told us that with him we would not be tourists but would make us feel like citizens of ancient Pompeii and he got it. We could experience how they lived in that city, how advanced in their organization, as were the homes of businessmen, their politicians, gladiators, merchants... Anyway, we only needed to wear a robe to feel like true citizens of Pompeii. What was a terrible misfortune because of the eruption of the volcano has allowed us today, almost two thousand years later, to see in full detail, houses, streets, amphitheaters and temples of a city. Once this experience was over, Rafael picked us up on time to go to Vesuvius , explained very interesting details of the mountain and the excursion, as well as taking us to a fantastic viewpoint where we took some beautiful photos. We arrived at Vesuvius and everything was perfectly organized, we entered without queues and it was an amazing excursion where we could see the volcano cone. After the tour we were taken to the hotel. We started at 8:30 and finished around 15 hours but all this time we flew by thanks to the professionalism, attention and care of Rafael and Luca. If you go to Naples it is a must-see experience.

The place is amazing worth it 100% Rafael was our driver and was excellent, the food is tour food in a restaurant for tours not bad, but expensive for what it was, our tour guide was Patricia she was with us for pompano and hercularium, I have to be honest and say she was average, we would have loved much more info about the history of the place than explanation about the volcano eruption she stopped for long time at points where you could continue walking, may be is she uses one of those devices with microphone and ear plugs for the tourist will work better Overall it was a good experience

The tour exceeded our expectations. We were super excited to see Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii but the tour made it a fantastic day. Titti was a great guide, super friendly and knowledgeable and easy to understand. Genarro drove up the volcano and to Pompeii safely. The food was delicious and the wine tasting was fantastic, we genuinely loved every second of this trip and would absolutely recommend to everyone. Thank you again Titti & Genarro for an amazing day.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our full day private tour. In our two weeks in Italy, this was definitely one of the top highlights. The day started with our wonderful driver, Raffaele. Hands down, he was the best driver / tour guide we had on the trip. Although we also had a a very knowledgeable tour guide at the hospital sites (Alfredo - who was great), Raffaele was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Our teens loved him! The van was so spacious and comfortable. Raffaele recommended an amazing vineyard for lunch on Mount Vesuvius. This was such a wonderful added surprise and we all loved it! Cannot recommend this tour and Raffaele enough!!

Antonio is a decent gentleman indeed he arranged the pickup timely and the drop off as well besides giving us a good time for lunch in a good place by his recommendation. The tour guide, a lady who I forgot her name wasn’t up to the expectations. She wasn’t prepared with the tickets for Pompeii and made us to wait for a quite long time (half an hour) I explained that I can’t wait and I don’t mind to pay for new tickets. Eventually I asked her to go with the rest of family and leave me alone as I can’t tolerate such mis-arrangement but she insisted I go with them. She talked nonstop afterward to a level that we’d to find any excuse to cut the tour. Continued with Antonio afterward. I wished there are 2 evaluations for this trip (one for the driver and the other for the guide)

Aside from the chaos at the port terminal, our guides and tours were excellent. Guide was very informative, and took time with the group.

2. Tour starts punctually with Eugenio D’Andrea to Pompeii on to Ercolano and then we went to the crater of Vesuvius. Like the day before everything worked fine...we even had time to visit the Archaeological Museum after the extensive program in the evening..Thanks Eugenio for the fantastic day

Martina our driver was punctual, polite very friendly and super professional. She spoke to us in English and we felt very safe to have her drive us around. Also Alessio our guide in Pompei was very knowledgeable and had a nice tour organized focused on the key points. Amazing lunch in the Cantina Vesuvius with fantastic selection of wines and friendly hosts. Highly recommended this tour and our driver Martina!

Our driver Gino was very kind, respectful and considerate. He makes us feel very special, thank you Gino!!! Our private guide Rafael was very knowledgeable and funny, we were entertained while learning a lot from him. Pompeii and Herculaneum are both very fascinating sites, definitely worth visiting again!

Raffaele was totally on point and the experience was fantastic! Despite the challenging traffic we got where we needed to be when we needed to be there. More than that, the wine tasting and meal was lovely, and of course Pompeii is just amazing. I knew it would be great, but actually being there was something else!
