A very, cold ,unwelcoming and business like reception when we arrived .no hello small talk whatsoever on 10min walk to the boat .same reception when we got to the boat ,no smiling no happy to see us or get our custom ,it all appeared that it was all a big inconvenience for them.very odd atmosphere between the staff....unhappiness all round. No thankyou at the end.....just at the end the mood slightly lifted when it came to buying the photos .....the experience in the water was faultless pity about the staff......

Incredible parascending experience at a beautiful location, the staff were swift to respond to enquiries and at location, they do speak good English, so we're able to understand what we were saying. The flight is only a 10 minute ride and about 100 meters high at the limit, so if you are new to the experience, this is a great springboard before trying any 150 meter 20 minute versions you can get in other country's They offer a photo opportunity for 20 euros for all the photos they take, but if your planning on doing your own video as well get a waterproof phone case like a pelican Marine case that is completely dust and waterproof .... good tip, if you go online and book as well as pay, it's cheaper, but either way, it is a cheap way to have a great experience.

This was a fantastic experience. 1st time ever at 62 years old. I done this on March 18th to mark my birthday. Fantastic crew! So helpful! They assisted me onto the boat as I was a bit nervous. The crew were so professional, chatty and funny too. I will definitely do it again. Thank you for the experience. X

Amazing experience!!! Brutal!!!... The two super nice guys. The boss (Madrid), a person, super polite, attentive at all times, very helpful and above all a great professional. Great experience & good fun but nowhere secure to leave belongings. We booked online & didn’t realise there would be lots of groups on the boat but the benefit of that meant a longer boat trip 😁

Fantastic experience, worth the money. Plus actually get more for your money as it's also a boat ride while everyone takes there turns & we also got to see dolphins too.

My two teenagers did it and loved the experience .I was spectator on the boat. Totally worth it .we would do it again. Definitely recommend.
