Our Dubai layover tour was an amazing experience. Dubai is a very safe and clean city, and we felt completely relaxed throughout the trip. I had a short layover in Dubai and decided to book a layover tour — and honestly, it was the best decision I made. Everything was perfectly organized from pickup to drop-off at the airport. The driver was very professional, friendly, and knew all the best spots in the city. Even with limited time, I got to see major attractions like Burj Khalifa, Marina, and Jumeirah Beach. The car was clean, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned, which made the experience even better.

Javed was very lovely. He picked us up from the hotel and asked what we'd like to see. He then planned the afternoon accordingly to take into account the traffic. We saw many of the highlights of old and new Dubai and it gave us a great overview of the city. Javed was very attentive and knowledgeable. We would recommend this tour.

We had a great experience traveling through Dubai and learning about the culture. We hit a lot of the main attractions and BinYamin took us to some great spots for pictures. I would definitely recommend if you have a few hours to kill in Dubai.

Good tour if you want to get to all the usual photo stops at Dubai landmarks quickly. Javed provides an overview of when they were built and finished. He had a lot of knowledge about the UAE and its development since the 7 states united. We did an early morning tour so were unable to visit any open souks. All souks and shops not open until 10am. If booking the tour thinking it is flexible timing. It is a default 4 hour tour. I think we could have extended it but we were not enjoying it enough to do so. Perhaps we were tired after an overnight flight.

Great choice if you have a 8 hour lay over at Dubai airport, we took the 4hour tour. Enthusiastic guide who was able to show us lots of Dubai in a short time (4hours). He was very knowledgeable with great English and the tour was tailored to our requirements. Water and a comfortable van with good AC was provided. Pickup was slightly confusing as the pickup location Carrefour is visible as you exit the baggage hall of terminal 3 but then you have to walk in a circle to arrive at the seats specified. Driver was slightly late.

I had an amazing experience with Dubai Tourism Services during my 11-hour layover, thanks to our wonderful guide, Mr. Javed Anwar. He was extremely polite, kind, and patient throughout the entire tour. His time management was excellent, and in such a short time, he managed to show me almost the whole city of Dubai. Mr. Javed explained everything in detail — from roads and monuments to local culture, bargaining tips, and more. He even waited patiently multiple times while I finished my shopping, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism, knowledge, and sweet nature made the trip unforgettable. We went on a Sunday morning tour with Javed. He was very good and super prepared and professional. He picked us up without any problems even though we changed the meeting point at the last minute. He gave us a detailed tour of all of Dubai, leaving us free to choose how long to stay in each stage. We did the tour on Sunday so unfortunately the souks were closed but the road was perfect. Despite this Javed was great at making it very interesting! Recommended if you have a few hours stopover in Dubai.
