Totally sketchy
A few sights were pointed out, brief stops. Guides spoke Arabic and Indian to each other most if the time. Enjoyed the first 30 sec of my camel ride until I realized how abusive this was to the animals. They were clearly exhausted but whipped to get up and go again. Felt very uncomfortable with remote desert tour/dinner/show -after sitting for 30 min we asked to be taken back before it started.

Hello Lisa,
Miss Lisa first of all thank you so much for taking the time to share your Dubai city tour with Dessert Safari feedback with us. We are thoroughly sorry to hear that your experience with our tour did not meet your expectations and left you feeling uncomfortable with our team.
We take concerns regarding animal welfare extremely seriously. We strictly require all our partners and handlers to adhere to humane treatment standards, and we are immediately investigating your report with our desert camp management.
Our guides are expected to remain engaged, accommodating, and professional with every guest throughout the tour.
We truly hope you will give us another chance to book with us in the future. We would love the opportunity to serve you again, prove that we have learned from this feedback.
Sincerely,
The Emirates Trips Team

Dubai City Tour
I am thrilled to share a glowing review of Emirate Trip exceptional tour trips. From the meticulous planning to the seamless execution, every aspect of these journeys is crafted with precision and thoughtfulness. A tour is only as good as its guides, and Emirate Tour truly excelled in this aspect. Our tour guides were not only incredibly knowledge able about the history, culture, and hidden gems of each location, but their infectious enthusiasm and passion for sharing their expertise made the entire journey even more enjoyable. Their anecdotes and insights added depth to our experiences and left us with a profound appreciation for the places we visited. he tour created an environment that encouraged collaboration, communication, and mutual support, resulting in a strengthened sense of unity and camaraderie among our team.

Excellent
By far one of the best experiences I’ve arranged in Dubai. Naveed was an excellent host. Had great people joining us on the experience. 10 out of 10.
P.s much cheaper than booking go hotels.
