Whilst the trip on the lagoon was good. I would recommend to anyone visiting Bacalar to do this. I would steer people to a different operator due to the fact that the lady taking the payment for the trip didn’t have any change for our payment on arrival and we said to her to give the change to us on our return at which point she had disappeared. Whilst it was only 100 pesos that she owed us I do not like the lack of integrity.

Our guide Angel was very good, a super calm tour without rushing, and he explained our questions. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

The tour in the pontoon was super comfortable, highly recommended for large families with children and elderly adults. We loved it and enjoyed it a lot, also the attention from our guide Angel Jesús was very kind and attentive.

It was a great experience . Angel and Uriel were very nice and attentive. The lagoon is of course wonderful , but booking this tour was very good decision as they took us around the whole lagoon. They gave us very fresh fruit and brevagea and let us swim for a long time in the lagoon. It is a very good bang for your buck.
