First of all at the time of booking it was written hotel pick up included then even after entering the hotel it wasn't informed that hotel pick up isn't offered...but the moment booking confirmed I was informed to reach certain destination which was more than 8 kms away ..secondly after repeated requests the driver refused to turn on the air conditioning...pathetic..how he wanted us to roast in the heat
Thirdly the driver WAS CONTINUOUSLY talking to 2 ladies sitting next to him in the front ...they were probably his family or friends but it was absolutely inconvenient because of continuous ongoing chatter

Inadmissible
Notified less than 12 hours in advance that my pickup location had changed, it cost me more in taxi than the excursion...I was not able to go.

Please don’t book with...
Please don’t book with this since they never picked me up had me stranded for hrs and didn’t answer my call . I call viator and they couldn’t reach them either. They send a message after 2 hrs that driver had emergency. I was not able to book anything else.

Round trip transport from Marrakech to Essaouira
Very efficient. Perfect communication. Minivan with air conditioning. Late on the way there but probably due to unforeseen circumstances as it was right on time for the return. The driver informed us of the delay. 2 stops; one for a bathroom break and snack and the other at a women's cooperative that works with argan oil (informative). We had 4 hours to explore the beautiful city of Essaouira. Enough to make you want to return. On the return, only one bathroom stop. Our driver has a driving style suited to the chaos of the roads in Morocco, which is a compliment. I recommend it.

One of my favorite day...
One of my favorite day trips in Morocco. Essaouira has its own charm and it’s hard to explain until you see it yourself. We enjoyed simply walking around and sitting by the ocean for a while. Said and Oubram were both great.

Experience can be better...
Experience can be better if driver can communicate with us for a bit more information about the time scale of reaching to and back from hotel to the destination, other than that, we enjoyed the visit

Autonomous travel remember to search for what you want to do upstream! Very good driver! Watch out for the smell on the port with the heat!

Nice day trip to Essaouira albeit long driving
Long day with lots of mini bus driving, too much. Could easily shave 1h30 from whole day by shortening and skipping some breaks.
Though it delivered what was promissed on the ad.

It was easy to see where to pick him up.
Essaouira is a calm port city
