We had an unforgettable experience on the Ella Private Day Tour. The scenic train ride through the hill country was truly spectacular, providing some of the most beautiful views we saw during our stay in Sri Lanka. Visiting the famous Nine Arch Bridge was a dream come true, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take photos. The tour was well planned, comfortable, and stress-free. Our guide shared interesting information about the area and made the day even more enjoyable. A perfect combination of nature, culture, and adventure!

Loved my trip with Sindhi tours , nothing was too much to ask. Super friendly and informative. Loved the 9 arches , the train ride was fun , yes you need to hang out the train like a weirdo. Lunch was excellent and there’s plantation was educational and I’m even taking some home with me. Loved the tour, long drive but definitely worth it.

We booked four different tours with Sindu Tours during our stay in Sri Lanka, and every single one was well organized and unforgettable. Our first tour was a day trip to Galle. We explored the beautiful Galle Fort, visited a turtle hatchery, and enjoyed an amazing boat safari on the Bentota River. It was a perfect introduction to the beauty of Sri Lanka. Our second trip was to Ella. We visited the famous Nine Arches Bridge, explored a tea plantation, enjoyed one of the most scenic train rides, and stopped at Ravana Falls. During the tour, Sindu took us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, and we highly recommend it. Our favourite tour was definitely Kandy. We visited the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most important places in Sri Lanka. We also climbed the incredible Ambuluwawa Tower, where the panoramic views were breathtaking. During the trip, we visited a wood carving workshop, a gem museum, and a tea factory, where we learned how Sri Lankan tea is produced. It was an amazing day and one we will always remember. Our final tour was the Udawalawe Safari. We visited the Elephant Transit Home to see the baby elephants, stopped to see the traditional stilt fishermen, and visited Coconut Tree Hill. The safari itself was an incredible experience. However, one thing worth mentioning is that the jeep ride can be very bumpy because of the rough roads, so we would not recommend this tour for people with back problems. Sindu is an excellent guide and driver. During every journey, he shared interesting facts about Sri Lanka, its culture, history, and daily life. He never rushed us and always gave us plenty of time to enjoy each place. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and always made sure we were comfortable, regularly asking if we wanted to stop for drinks or food. Sindu is a genuinely kind, open, and caring young man, and we had a fantastic time with him over the four days. We wholeheartedly recommend Sindu Tours to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly guide, look no further. Thank you for making our holiday so special! Additionally, as I was celebrating my birthday on July 25th, Sindu surprised me during our safari with a delicious birthday cake. He even sang "Happy Birthday" to me and gave me a beautiful gift. Celebrating my birthday and enjoying cake surrounded by such incredible nature was truly an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you once again, Sindu, for making my birthday so special. It is a memory I will cherish forever!

Took our money never turned up on the day I had to contact them to get a refund . No apology no explanation belatedly tried to call me 6 hours after they were supposed to pick us up . DONT BOOK with them

Had an amazing time with our guide. Picked us up on time from our hotel. It takes about 4hrs from Bentota so a long drive but worth it. We went on the train then back on foot to the nine arches bridge. Up to Little Adams peak. It was a good trip and one everyone should do whilst in Sri Lanka.

The trip to Sri Lanka was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of this experience was thanks to our guide. He was extremely professional, well-organized, and had an impressive knowledge of the country, its culture, and local traditions. Every place we visited was presented with passion and interesting stories that you won’t find in any guidebook. The guide was always helpful, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the group, which made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire journey. Thanks to him, we were able to see not only the main tourist attractions of Sri Lanka but also authentic, less crowded places that left a lasting impression. The trip was perfectly planned, full of breathtaking views, delicious local food, and unforgettable experiences. I highly recommend this guide to anyone who wants to truly experience Sri Lanka.

I booked a private tour with Sindu based on the reviews. Unfortunately the night before I was informed there would be another passenger. When I queried this I was offered another guide. After my day I would have to say that Armuna is not a guide but a driver - basically he parked at each location and told us to take our time and he would be there when we got back. He never came with us, provided any information on each place or was there to take any photos. Considering we had booked a private tour this was very disappointing. I informed Sindu who was apologetic but it does not allow my Ella experience to be done again. Apart from the driver/guide, it is a great day and the stops are great to see - Unfortunately, i just feel we missed the 'full' experience.

This was mine and my daughter's 1st day trip with Sindu during our stay in Sri Lanka. The day trip to Ella , the train journey, the 9 arches bridge, lunch, waterfalls and entire day and experience exceeded our expectations. Sindu is a thoughtful, experienced, and overall wonderful host. He is also a very talented photographer who captured some very special moments of our day. I highly recommend and wish Sindu every success with his future.
