We upgraded from a short hop to a more comprehensive view of Nashville. It was well worth it. The pilot was very professional and gave a very detailed description of what we were seeing from the air.

Trip was cancelled due to maintenance. Shouldn't that be planned around trip bookings?

The experience was an awesome one and the experience itself gets 5 stars ⭐️ but the mischaracterization of what to expect gets 1-2 stars. The advertising is VERY misleading! It shows that you’ll fly above the skyscrapers an get views of the famous landmarks but what you really get is a tour of the outskirts of the main part of the downtown area and you see the downtown area from a distance not up close as shown in the pictures. The helpers and workers there were very helpful and kind, the experience was fun and enjoyable and if you go before the sunsets you get a very beautiful sky view as well, however the fact that the expectation was set so high and it didn’t live up to the advertised experience, did leave us feeling a bit disappointed. I really hope they change the advertising to reflect what you really get because it’s still a great experience! They don’t need to lie to sell tickets, although pricey, it is still a great experience even if it is only 7-10 minutes long.
