Calling this “very few locations” is not an honest assessment — it is a personal bias dressed up as a factual complaint. More importantly, this is a self-guided audio tour, and the product description states this unambiguously. The Additional Information section — which every traveler is expected to read before booking — clearly explains that you have complete freedom to choose which attractions to visit, explore them in any order, start and finish wherever you like, and even split the tour across multiple days. The responsibility for selecting attractions that match your personal interests rests entirely with the traveler, not with us. We are not a tourist board, and we are not responsible for curating The Hague’s entire city according to any one individual’s personal preferences. For a tour priced at just $6, the content, flexibility, and professional quality of this experience represents exceptional value. This review does not reflect a failure of our service. It reflects a failure to read the product description. Had this traveler taken the time to review the listed attractions, the itinerary, and the detailed instructions provided, they would have known exactly what to expect. Instead, they chose to book without due diligence and then use this platform to publish a complaint that misleads other travelers about a product that accurately delivered everything it promised.
