This was a good tour, but I had changed the date with Viator and the tour provider wasn't informed so there was difficulty joining the tour. However the tour provider helped us get new tickets and we rejoined the tour within 20 minutes. Also got a refund from Viator because of the problem. We really enjoyed the tour and the guide's expertise.
Guide very informative and it was a good experience. One problem was it was had to hear the guide without headset systems.
Our guide Jane was brilliant. Very witty and knowledgeable. It's just a pity that everyone is rushed through the chapel of the kings and queens as I would have liked to spend more time, but that is not the guide fault. I also took the tour of the surroundings of the Abbey which was very interesting.
Our tour guide was very good; however, we didn’t have the headsets so there were many times that it was hard to hear what he was saying. We were in a group of 18 which is too big to really be able to hear well. Also, there were so many competing tours that oftentimes we could hear those guides more than our own. I recommend either a small group or the headsets. This tour group was too big and the headsets would have definitely made it better.
Our tour guide Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He keep us all entertained and helped to really see the Abbey. Despite the rudeness of one of the tour attendees , he never lost his composure.
We had the best guide who had a great sense of humor and was super knowledgeable about the abbey and general history. She also had amazing tips for how to make sure we saw everything we needed to see without getting caught up with the crowds. We also did this tour our first day and it was such a great discussion since the abbey touches a lot of the history you’ll explore other places like Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, etc.
Do not book with Amigo Tours. The Tour Guide did not show up at the dedicated time and meeting spot and the company refused to refund the amount paid. AWFUL!
I paid for the guided parliament in Westminster tour. Approximately 2 days ago they canceled out of the blue, the department tour. I sent three to four messages saying that I would like to be refunded for the other tour and to give me options for the parliament guided tour. I received no response. I showed up at the change time based on their message and there was no amigo tours representative outside of the Abbey shop as indicated they would be. I have now requested full refund of the tour and at this point and so disappointed with their response and lack of planned events for me in London, I would not use them for any other tour. That is wasting my time and money. We shall see how this resolves and that would indicate whether I would ever use them for any other tours

The tour guide is present for Westminster abby until you reach inside parliament, after which you have an audio guide. Both are very good & make for a high quality experience
Jane was awesome and so knowledgeable about history and explained in detail architectural designs.
